Andrea Chernin: My experience here was wonderful. Very efficient and fun- and I don’t use the word fun lightly because I usually hate trying on dresses. I didn’t have much time, so the friendly women in the front, who were very knowledgeable about stock and body types, helped me sift through the large inventory they had by going through styles on the computer screen. This was much better to me than going through racks and racks of dresses. And, they brought me the styles I chose in my size and I was able to quickly try on the dresses I initially liked. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, about any questions I had, and were able to help me find a great piece. I really appreciated their customer service and professionalism. I also went to Noel across the street, but ended up getting my dress here- much better service and stock in my opinion.

For some reason, I wasn't ready to say "yes" yet to those dresses in the moment. I had made some appointments to return and try on those dresses again. I did make an appointment at one other dress store before heading over to Galia, but no luck.When I arrived at the flagship store in LA I was first greeted by Desiree, who was extremely helpful and patient, especially when it came to the opinions of my family.
