It started with almost 2 hours that Noa dedicated to us in the store to make sure we picked the right one for us and a few other visits because it was sooo hard to pick the color and fabric, they have a HUGE variety!After the payment was finalized, we waited for about 6 weeks, 2 less than what we were told and got a call from Noa telling us that the order is ready. We were impressed by the fact that they could deliver it the next day, and were so flexible with the dates and times. The delivery was truly "White Gloves", two very nice gentleman that placed the sofa where we wanted and puffed and arranged the pillows so gently.We're glad to be shopping locally, great materials and quality, let alone the short lead times!We couldn't be happier with the result. Raquel Scott: I've ordered several pieces from them and am always satisfied with the service. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The only downside is there's no showroom so you just have to hope what you're getting is what you want. Some wooden slats in the bed frame that I ordered broke shortly after having it and they replaced some of the wood pieces because while the bed was almost $1000, it was made of cheap wood.

Kristina Williams-woods: . Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation with you. He asked me to show him the bed, he pulled it up, I paid for it and we set a date for Saturday. The only issue we had was the store is closed on the weekends and so I couldn’t call to verify which Saturday when I didn’t get a call from the driver. Called Monday morning explaining that I thought they were coming that past Saturday and he apologized and had my bed delivered the same day. The delivery driver was awesome and had my bed set up in no time, even after we spent awhile trying to figure out which direction I wanted the bed so that I could get to all the storage spaces in my small room with such I large bed. Needless to say I LOVE the bed and it was $1000 well spent and I didn’t have a terrible customer service experience. I feel comfortable buying from them in the future and referring others to them as well.

Kevin is nice guy to work with, spoke to him over the phone on last Thursday and placed an order for a sectional sofa and they delivered order today, they delivered it in 5 days , I was surprised with their fast delivery during the covid time, couch is well packed and delivered and installed with great care.

I’m picking up a bookshelf today but my toddler is asleep in the car, so they are bringing it out for me without hesitation. They also proposed the idea of me picking up a boxed version of the furniture piece we wanted because the shipping would be too high. Before coming in I would suggest taking measurements of your room and how big the space is as it's easy to miscalculate the size of the furniture or room it's going into. The service is great here and have never had an issue buying.

Then you can shop at the food market and take yummy Swedish food and weird juice home with you. Since I wasn't able to view the sofa in person Luis send me a video of someone sitting on the sofa to better gauge firmness of the cushions. Everything was completed and delivered on time. I'm in the process of inquiring about ordering another piece because I was so happy the the process and the end result. We're in the process of moving but will add a photo as soon as I can.

adam adam: This is possibly the biggest store for Moroccan imported traditional and artisan furniture, decor and anything and everything Moroccan, as pertains to home interior, doors, traditional bed frames, lanterns, rugs, cooking clay pots, etc..both decorative and functional. Staff is very friendly and patient and the place, by a mere visit, could take you back thousands of years in the history of an exotic place, few miles from Europe by sea, yet, a totally different world.If you miss Morocco, has nostalgia to the old days, miss the aromas of the old casbahs and medinas, this place is a rich visual treat in the heart of the San Fernando Valley.

Danté Vincent: This place is simply breathtaking. Truly some of the most impressive pieces of Moroccan furniture, lanterns, pottery, water fountains and dressers I’ve ever seen. The space inside goes on for forever and you can spend half a day marveling over the incredible collection. Most items are clearly marked with prices, while some you’ll need to ask. Because of the quality, items aren’t cheap. Hands down the best source of Moroccan and moorish design inspiration in SoCal.

tania johnstone issa: As much as I love visiting Morocco, I am so lucky to have found this amazing store in Greater Los Angeles that carries many of the beautiful handcrafted items I found in the souks of Fez and Marrakesh. The artisanry that can only be found in Morocco is evident in all the pieces you find in the store. Bone inlaid furniture, pierced bronze and brass lighting, fine wool rugs, mousharbieh wood panels, and of course tile. I live in Seattle now but travel to Los Angeles to visit the store several times a year. They have packed and shipped numerous items large and small, many delicate. Everything arrives in perfect condition and promptly. The owners and other staff are exceptionally helpful. If you visit, plan to spend a while, and plan on returning again and again.
Christina Clash: I had the best experience with Badia Designs. I ordered a side table and when it came one of the legs broke off while I’m transit to me. I emailed them and they immediately emailed a return shipping label. I bought another end table mainly b/c their products are quality and their customer service was EXCELLENT!

My movers lost a lever to a table I purchased years ago; they ordered it from France and had it shipped for me. It’s the small things that make a world of difference. They’re a class act, and everything in the store blends with anything you have in your home. Their bar stools are highly recommended, and the infamous cushion chairs are indestructible for the kids and can look astonishing if you’re ceilings are a bit low- check them out! They hire the loveliest people.
