They weren't for a special event so there was no harm no foul in getting them a day or two late. The problem was that every time I called I got someone different.The gentleman I placed the order with was very nice and helpful, but although I never heard from him again despite requests for a callback. Those I spoke with afterwards ranged from indifferent to horrible. That was UNTIL KATYA.A top shop pro named KATYA took over, took ownership, and turned everything around. From that moment on, my experience was great. Real-time updates, satisfaction promised, and satisfaction delivered.I just placed an order for more business cards, with some minor edits. I dealt directly with Katya, and second time around, I received her Royal brand of customer service. I just green-lighted the proof, and my cards will be ready in short order.I was happy with the cards and received many compliments on them. I've printed various marketing materials with them for different companies: business cards, event signage, company brochures, and proposal documents. They consistently provide superior quality and always accommodate our quick turnaround projects. They recently went above and beyond with a last-minute proposal to meet a tight deadline – Bijan and his team made it happen. I cannot recommend Design Printing enough. Even though I have moved out of Los Angeles, I still work with Design Printing regularly because I know I can always count on them!

Neihoff Hackett: Everyone was extremely helpful. I designed 50 sweatshirts on line and after I submitted my order someone called me from the design team to suggest edits. They were great ideas and I am very happy with the way they turned out. The order arrived promptly and the staff loves the quality.

We needed long sleeve and moisture wicking odor control shirts, summers being especially hot here in Los Angeles the staff worked with us got us some sample shirts for sizing and within 10 days we had shirts!! They look great and we couldn't be more satisfied. We have been a customer of TBSP for month, but hadn't ordered anything in the last few weeks, so to still get the personalized service we received was awesome.

Stacy Nyc: If you're looking for a print shop in Los Angeles I would definitely try printing fly they offer Rush printing as well as same day stickers. They are my go-to print shop whenever I am in LA and need print items for my projects
