Matt Blankenship Jr: I first moved in back in 2011, and now I'm moving back in 2023 - love the updates, new ownership has been great. The application process is overly complicated, but it's worth it. Really happy so far, the price is fantastic and the space is well-taken care of.
Fragile Hips: Great space for rehearsing, recording and generally as a place where you can work on music without worrying about disturbing others. Staff is quick to respond and good to work with. Different locations and spaces for different needs make this an easy choice.
Gibran Wirjawan: Great facilities and service. Kept really tidy and clean!
Aiman Khan: They've been very communicative and allowed me some flexibility with my practice room, which I really appreciate. Any time an issue comes up it's solved quickly and with great follow-up. I definitely recommend Royal Rehearsal!
Kevin Krumpak: My band is thrilled with this place. 24/7 room shared with a couple other groups, so you have to work around others' schedules sometimes, but seems to rarely get in the way. Not to mention, for the price? Can't beat it. My band is using the space to jam, rehearse, and record. We were previously renting out space around town by the hour, but you really can only get so far with being on the clock every time you go to work.. Looking forward to using Royal for the foreseeable future.

I did not realize there was a difference and due to my misunderstanding agreed to the NEW construction, mistakenly thinking that "New" meant new windows.. It was quite a shock to us when we realized what had occurred. We had just had our home restuccoed and painted and now have to hire someone to come in and replace the drywall and casements inside and repair the outside and have new stucco and paint around the windows. I would advise anyone who plans to replace windows in their home to question the difference and sign a contract for the correct replacement. New construction means removal of the old windows, and placing the frames, cutting into the dry wall and the stucco. Retrofit, or general window replacement means simply removing the old windows, and setting the new windows in the same space. We are not unhappy with Sivan, as it was not clear to me and I did not question. Sivan goes the extra mile in pleasing their customers, however there was a misunderstanding on my part involving the replacement.Services:General window replacement,Casement window installation replacement

As someone who has been with Avalon for over a decade, and mostly happy with them, Avalon West Hollywood far exceeded my expectations. From Day 1, Rosie Moreno provided the best move-in experience, from the orientation in the community and to personally putting in maintenance orders for my apartment. She attends to all my inquiries with care. Almost all of my requests have been resolved within a day. Another shoutout goes to Leo Najaryan, on a couple of occasions he went out of his way to resolve my requests in expeditious manner. What an amazing office team!A few words on the maintenance team. In my opinion, they are the real heroes. Eden Alcaraz and Eduardo Lopez made my apartment a priority and resolved all my maintenance requests flawlessly. My apartment is fully functioning and I have a piece of mind thanks to them. Would definitely recommend moving into this community.

Colby Testolin: Luis and Ed came and fixed my light and my water filter 30 minutes after I submitted a request. They were super fast and even noticed my door handle was loose and fixed that. Very pleased with how fast they came and fixed everything.
