Erdem: As someone from NYC, I wasn't fascinated by the view. LA's downtown area seemed quite sketchy, too. The food, however, was amazing! The service was friendly too. At the end of our dinner the manager came to check if we had a good time. He was very personable and gave us great recommendations of places to go after dinner.Ps. Valet parking is available.

Olivia Rankin: I truly enjoyed my experience at perch. I arrived during the happy hour around 4 PM. This was the perfect time to go. The restaurant wasn’t really crowded and we got one of the best seats in the restaurant that overlooked the city.Not only was the view awesome, but the food was also very delicious. 🤤I recommend coming during the happy hour honestly because you get the opportunity to order a little bit of this and a little bit of that. During this time you can order from their happy hour menu and fromfrom the dinner menu.
Swats: The rooftop on the 15th floor is great, but it cannot accommodate many groups. Just five groups can occupy most of the amazing view, leaving no seating space for others. It would have been better if there were more seats. The patio on the lower floor is fantastic, and the ambiance is even better than on the rooftop. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warmth from the heaters. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food as the kitchen was closed, but the other service staff were polite and friendly.

Food was great, but I personally thought some of the dishes were too acidic or too salty - but some of these dishes were new to me as well. Portion size per plate is small and the food is tapas style. We were recommended about 3-4 plates per person for sharing. Expect to spend around $100-160 per person for dinner here.

James Berkowitz: , the main section where all business and order activity takes place, and a back patio which I did not check it out as it was very windy and chilly outside. I’m particularly sensitive with noise and found that the front section was in earshot of passing traffic, however, upon being inside in the main entrance transported into warm and welcoming ambiance of black and white photos hung on the wall, unusual artifacts similar to the clock pictured, and distinct furnishings that were also used for utensils and needed items.I was greeted promptly even though busy on a Saturday night and dining solo which has its challenges was met with a few options for a welcoming stay in which I chose a private like table near the hall leading towards the kitchen.Servers were prompt with taking order along with a quick turnaround in bringing to the table. Also, upon completion of meal removing finished plates and silverware. Table touches with a smile and friendly conversation regarding food and guest experience were delightful.I ordered the French Onion Soup, Fresh Market Veggie Casserole, a glass of Malbec, and French Chocolate Mousse for dessert. All were succulent and amazingly delicious!!! I savored every morsel and spoonful embracing the moments of exceptional taste and quality. Truly magnificent seasonings, texture, and portions that were perfectly sized.The atmosphere was filled with great energy. A table celebrating a birthday, couples enjoying themselves, group tables laughing and conversing. Good vibes!!!This is a top notch professional restaurant that knows how to take care of business with wonderful hospitality and welcoming presence.Regarding budget, my bill came to $79 including tax before tipping so prepare for a $100 per person if ordering a full meal from soup, entree, glass of wine, and dessert. Every penny well worth it!Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. Not for vegan as there is cheese in the vegetarian items like the Veggie Casserole and French Onion Soup.

My significant other doesn’t eat raw fish and I forgot to mention it when booking, but the staff asked at the start of the meal and they were happy to accommodate the preference despite it being last minute. The somm absolutely nailed the pairing the night I was there. My group loved every single pour so much that we asked for a detailed list of the tasting. Chiara Gallo: We celebrated our 10years anniversary at Providence LA and we had such a tasteful culinary journey. Everything was phenomenal. From the main dishes and the different side menu such as Maines oysters, chitarra truffle pasta, prawns, Comte truffle. There were the best things we put into our body in 2024 so far. Again everything was excellent and very well wine paired. One of our most desirable restaurant to revisit.
David Baker: A very nice experience.Service was a little spotty: At one point, a diner was served a dish they were deathly allergic to, after the restaurant had multiple warnings. On another course, half the plates at the table didn't have the sauce that went with the protein. The room was a bit cramped, with servers having to ask diners to push in their chairs. Halfway through the meal, our server had to leave and handed off duties to someone else. We waited a long time for the bill at the end of the meal and eventually I went hunting through the restaurant for a server, learning that they'd charge everything to the credit card on file; it would have been nice to be told that, and given the opportunity to review the charges.Still, the food was fantastic.

Gary the chef focuses on preparing dishes based on what is in season at the time and does a terrific job, even cooks it right in front of you, a bit Japanese style. The staff are very hospitable and make it a very enjoyable evening.Vegetarian options: It was a full vegetarian menu with a choice to choice to add a small wagyu beef to one of the courses for an extra charge.

Ramona Rab: After having suffered a full body rash for three weeks and had visited three other doctors with no relief, I was finally able to see Dr. Yasharpour. Immediately she was able to help me feel better from my misery.I have never met a more caring, patient, and friendly doctor before... Dr Yasharpour saved me from the painful, irritable, rash I had developed 3 weeks prior that would not go away and kept spreading. I called her office and got an appointment immediately as I was an emergency patient. Her staff was so kind. Dr yasharpour spent time with me and explained Clearly what was possibly wrong, and going through all the failed treatments the other doctors had already given me that didn’t work or were actually making me worse. She was so patient, kind and explained everything very well. She gave me a new plan with new meds and creams for my allergic rash. She checked in every few hours after I left her office to be sure I was feeling better and improving. She even followed up with me everyday after that to be sure I was still improving and that the meds were working as we expected. I do not know any other doctor that would ever care or put time into a patient this way. I highly recommend her to anyone with allergies or any skin problems. I felt that he had eczema on his skin, and would probably need a prescription cream to heal him, but dr Yasharpour assured me we would be able to heal his skin With a simple switch of moisturizers and creams I use daily and after my infant’s baths. We followed her instructions and after a few days, my baby’s cheeks were already looking better! What made me happier was that those irritated, dry, red cheeks healed and we never experienced it again. Being a mom, I am grateful for her honestly and expertise, especially since working with my baby.

She really cares and takes the time to sit with you and analyze EVERYTHING. She literally sat with us for about two hours and just gave us tons of useful information. I went to her for a second opinion, and there is just no comparison. She did component testing for the scratch test and blood work that my pervious allergist didn't even mention was available. At any case, it is a 5 stars because of the follow up, the reminders for your visits, no waiting times, all the payments are clear and they are friendly welcoming and known what they are doing. From the nurses to the administrative staff. The 5 stars also reflect that part at Dr. Yasharpour.I was pleasantly surprised with the extensive questionnaire that she perform on my first visit. Every single detail is important. You gotta remember everything, so get ready when you get there. I am also talking about the exact time when your allergies happened, what you ate and everything you have been surrounded by. She was able to predict from there what I was most likely allergic to, and after extensive testings that's how it was.I have visited for years different allergist and always found them to fall into the "quantity over quality" category by the means of lots of patients to who I just run the usual test, if nothing come out .. oh well. Dr. Yasharpour however, has shown to care personally and try her best to identify the cause.I am coming back for a follow up in a few months and any time that I need to manage my allergies. Nicole Crawford: The Sommelier was top tier and absolutely lovely. The Farmers Market salad was thoughtfully and beautifully prepared- a must try. The bread came at an odd time, but it was nice. The squash soup was an entire meal for me, but the Cod looked amazing! The service could not have been better. It’s not a romantic or softy lit spot, but it’s an experience you don’t want to miss if you’re in search of excellence.Vegetarian options: The Farmers Salad was amazing- the squash soup was lovely, but wasn’t vegan.Parking: They share the valet - $12.
Andy S: Exceptional dining experience at Kali. While the cuisine is high quality, expertly prepared and delicious, there is a passion and “realness” that comes through with every dish. The crudo and pastas are not to be missed. The wine and beverage list is well curated, offering compelling options at a variety of price points . Hospitality and service round out the whole evening for a memorable dinner. I can’t wait to return!
Dora Rousse: Great atmosphere! Friendly service. We had uni pasta, highly recommended Rich and creamy with texture. Then we had tilefish with beurre blanch, sauerkraut, black trumpets and lacto fermented cabbage, the fish was perfectly cooked, so creamy. Next course we had a pork chop perfectly cooked, with caramelized apples. We finish with merengue gelato with shaved egg yolks, so creamy and delicious and passion fruit gelato. Thanks to the nice team for a great night!!!!
