Matthew Graham: I'll give the quick story. I needed a screw for my cpu. Although this is a home improvement store and I needed a random screw for my cpu fan, I went here because it's close. I didn't know the size and I got some help from one of the people at this place. It should be more obvious to people who are better with tools how to get exactly what you want, but not me. They were helpful, I got what I wanted, and it was cheap and easy.

I could probably get lower prices at big box stores but their prices are definitely reasonable particularly considering that you can actually get service here. The staff are very friendly and they will actually help you. If you are working on a larger project they have knowledgeable staff who will help walk you through it if necessary. They have a nice selection of stock, there's been very little that I've needed that I couldn't get at this store. And it's just great to have a store like this in the community and in the vicinity of my neighborhood so I definitely prefer shopping and supporting here.

Lightweight is Everything: Drove there and bought my new Festool TSC 55 KEB and rails yesterday after speaking with the owner, Jesse, on the phone last week. Mark Moran: This store is amazing - a family-owned tool shop that has been around for decades and offers stellar service, excellent prices, and no sales pressure! Eagle has a huge selection of machines and brands and they tell you honestly which ones are great, what upgrades are worth the money, and which ones you can skip to stick to a budget. I am a hobby wood and metal worker and I love hanging out here - seeing the huge array of machines and talking to their knowledgeable staff.
