I’ve seen the store around for many years and decided to give them a try. Very happy with the outcome and glad I visited.They also installed equipment at the house. The team was very efficient and cleaned up after.

Ken Zuckerman: I purchased a treadmill here. They had many to choose among and were very friendly and helpful to help me find the best choice for my needs. Delivery was a day late but the delivery service was excellent and the had the treadmill setup and working very quickly.

The items can’t be sold as new because their boxes have been damaged in shipping. We assemble and test, then sell for up to 50% off the retail price.

While the machines are perfectly fine, they cannot be sold as “brand new” due to their damaged boxes. Our technicians assemble them and conduct rigorous testing to assure they meet the highest-quality standards. They are then ready to sell, in perfect working condition but without a box. Without the box you save up to 75% off the manufacturers original retail price. We built our reputation on quality and price, and are committed to offering fitness equipment at lower prices than any other company. If we cannot provide the lowest price online for each our products, we simply won't sell it.

I felt comfortable ordering from New Life only after reading all the glowing reviews about their customer service when things didn't go well, and true to form, the folks at New Life were kind and helpful the few times I talked with them on the phone. That said, a few things to note that aren't a huge deal in the big picture but were frustrating in the moment: Their website states that "customers will receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number, once the order has shipped," but I did not

Donald Warren: I don’t know why this place isn’t more recognized but it’s a Diamond in the rough in Gardena and the staff smiles and makes you feel at home. The mgr who sold me my treadmill is a great salesman and the delivery guys call me many times to let me know how close they were to deliver my treadmill and was very nice and I’d give this place and the workers 10 stars if I could. Thks guys I’ll be back to buy more equipment for sure.
