CherryPopp: We called and spoke with Angel on the phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We came down from the Bay Area to see a double folder attachment. They let us do a demo in store which was extremely helpful in our decision making. The technician let me take a video of how to use the attachment and they happen to have the exact tool/part I was looking for in stock. I highly recommend this place for any sewing machine needs. They have a bunch of different machines in store and rentals, you can find practically anything you need here and if they don’t have it, they can order it, custom make it or point you in the right direction. Prices were very good compared to other stores. They ship anywhere in the U.S. I will be doing more business with them in the future. Customer service is 5-stars! Also, Gucci, Dior and other fashion brands have rented from them so they work with brands which is great because if the fashion houses use them, that means they do good business.

I was very fortunate to come across ABC Sewing Machine business on Google Maps. Joseph Park treated us with such professionalism, and his expertise in sewing machines was outstanding. He worked with our budget and gave us exactly what we wanted. I greatly appreciated his communication. Even after we bought the machines and took them home, he was quick to answer any question we had by phone. My mom was a little rusty on how to use the Overlap Machine, and they gave her an extensive tutorial right before we took the machine home. We were going for one machine and ended up buying two. A single needle and an overlap. The machines were used, but were beautifully maintenanced. They almost looked new. He definitely earned our business. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the sewing industry.

He went above and beyond to work with other shop owners in the area and found one that agreed to take the piece off an old motor and have it shipped to me. Not only did he save me a ton of money, but the knowledge he provided about the machine and the speed at which he was able to handle this is just unmatched. Customer service to a level that is not seen much these days. If you need anything in the world of sewing, this is your place and Joseph is the MAN!

Michelle Galich: If you're looking for customer service you're in the right place, Marlene was such a great help. I came in with a needle tension problem that two other shops couldn't help me figure out. I was prepared to look into buying a new sewing machine or been charged for replacement parts. Marlene sat me down and educated me on what was causing the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I really wish I could have paid her for her time and service, but she wouldn't accept. Next time I need supplies of any kind, I will continue to shop here.

I called back two days in a row and still nothing. I just wanted the receipt to put in a bday card. After 3 days with no charge I canceled and found this place. Joseph was really nice and knowledgeable. Spent some time on the phone with me explaining options and why. I ended up buying the machine from them over the phone. I knew we wouldn’t have it in time but he knew I just wanted the receipt. He went above and beyond and sent us these photos. My daughter noticed the card with her name on it! I went there to ask for help with some needles and bobbins for a handheld Singer machine my mom bought that has no parts numbers for these. A young man, maybe nineteen to very early twenties, curly blonde hair, slim, was exceptional. He was very helpful. He found out the size and kind of the bobbins and the kind of needles the little machine uses and even advised me on what kind of needles are better for what fabric. I appreciated he took his time and his tone of voice was friendly and overall very, very nice…sorry I don’t recall his name, but he deserves a compliment from his management.

I got a free older kenmore machine and brought it to them to tune up. The timing was also off when they checked it so it wouldn't have worked at all. They got it fixed and all tuned up for about $140. They called me when it was done. They also take venmo.

I am THRILLED with the results of the work they did on my machine. It is working perfectly--a new motor, timing adjusted and even new needles--I was using the wrong size head! I had been so frustrated for a year with my machine but now it is running beautifully thanks to the skilled mechanic at A&A sewing. James Golden: IDS is truly an incredible design supply wearhouse. Not only do they have all the tools you need, but the assistance is above and beyond average. I bought my Juki DDL-8700 brand new from Rosa and Sylvia. Antonio helped me partially disassemble the machine and get it into my car. He also coached me on the reassembly. I called with a question and Silvia offered to do a screen-share with me to resolve my question.. I've shopped here frequently since then, and I highly recommend IDS LA products and their team to sewists at all levels. Big shoutout to Rosa who has been so incredibly kind and helpful to work with over the last year!
