MindFreer: I tried to buy a small chest freezer on Ebay from 2 different sellers, but they both wound up flaking out on me and so I requested refunds from both of them. All of the above took about a month and I was tired of waiting as I really needed a freezer, so I decided to search for used appliance dealers near me on Google Maps. Kimo's Appliances popped up and I so I decided to pay them a visit. They had just the freezer I wanted so I bought it, loaded in my van and had it within an hour of finding Kimo's on Google. I wound up filling up the freezer very fast and realized I'd misestimated the size freezer I actually needed, so I went back to Kimo's and bought a large, standup freezer. Fortunately, they gave me a full refund on the small chest freezer I'd bought from them the week before and they were able to deliver the larger freezer the very next day. They seem to have a good selection of appliances and the owner was a joy to do business with. I highly recommend Kimo's Appliances.

I went in when they opened & they gave me a good fridge within my budget , a 2 month warranty & they delivered it to my home & took the old one so I didn't have to struggle to get it removed. The young guy even offered to help me mop the dirt under the old fridge & was quick and courteous. I really appreciated their attentiveness and quick service.

Leland LaBarre: Pretty much all the reviews on here are accurate. lol Unprofessional - yep. I don't think they really even go beyond making sure it works before selling it. I bought 1 washer/dryer unit and they brought an entirely different washer dryer that wasn't in as good a shape, but was originally far more high end. So as long as you can roll with the punches a little, you can get awesome value. But if you want things to be a "certain way", avoid it like its on fire. The reason I am doing this review is because I need to replace a unit and wanted to call them first. I'm going back, take that for what its worth.
