Susie Torres: I am an Escrow Officer that has dealt with plenty of HOA Mgmt. companies, and let me tell you, not all HOA Mgmt. companies have the professionalism that Allstate HOA Mgmt. does. I personally dealt with Kylie, and she went above and beyond to assist me and all the parties involved in my Escrow and provided all the documentation needed in a more than timely fashion. If you ever have to deal with Allstate HOA Management, rest assured that you will be taken care of.

m thud: Allstate was the existing property management company for my Westside condo building when I purchased my unit nearly 10 years ago. As a resident, they were good, and I gave it no thought UNTIL I joined the HOA board. At that point, I fully realized what an asset they are for our owners. Armando, our primary contact, is always responsive, kind, patient and jumps into action quickly with a real knowledge base of experience. He's also great at guiding us laymen who volunteer to serve on our board but are definitely not proficient with the responsibility, which is always assuring and a relief. Every department has come through for us at one time or another, and I've recommended them to other condo friends who either try to be self-managed or are not happy with their management.

Our representative is extremely responsive, frequently getting back to us outside normal business hours whether or not the need is urgent. Allstate has helped us deal with maintenance and major repair issues, legal questions, assessments, consider updates to our governing documents, and has proactively arranged things before we realized we had a need. They're a huge help.

Ryan Work: I’ve owned my condo for over a year now and I had to give credit to Allstate. They made the escrow process as easy as it can be. This all came up because I’m buying another property out of state and it’s been a headache. Who you have as an HOA rep makes a difference. Kelsey Jessen has been our point of contact at Allstate and her response to issues has been amazing. Used to get reply’s within a few days from previous management company. Kelsey responds the same day with a true concern for the issue. She is personable and genuine. It’s much appreciated.

Their communication/response time as well as pay invoices in a timely manner is second to none! Zoe Rosenfeld: [This is a review specifically about one WHAB property manager.] Kelsey Eagan from WHAB has been our property manager for the past while. She’s now moving on from that position, but I wanted to write a review because throughout her time with us, she has been absolutely wonderful. Even from her first email, which was friendly, engaged, and kind, she stood out. And ever since then, she has gone out of her way to be helpful and available whenever we’ve had a maintenance concern.Her communication is outstanding. She’s been quick to respond as issues have come up, and I’ve always felt that she’s taken my concerns seriously and has offered solutions right away. Overall, I so appreciate that she’s been willing to help with everything that has needed attention, but more than anything, I appreciate that her demeanor throughout all our communications has always been compassionate, caring, and attentive, and that she genuinely seems concerned about the well-being of the tenants in our building.She has been a total joy and I believe I speak for everyone in the building when I say that we will all miss her!

And now our rent / maintenance requests can be submitted / monitored on a web portal.They've done a good job modernizing things so I'm quite pleased with it getting better.

First, the stove in my unit was fixed when I noticed the door wasn't shutting properly. My second repair request was also answered quickly. I reported a damaged dryer in the laundry room and got a confirmation for a repair man that same day. Westside Property Management is a great company, showing they truly care about the tenants.

Water leaking oozing onto the floor.WPM personnel was very professional, cordial & showed a genuine concern when I called. Their response was very quick in having a plumber arrive. And WPM Inc. staffer was very efficient in calling me with the plumbing company they assigned.This demonstrates a great communication skill in giving me pertinent information...and a specific company name. This is a huge safety & security point to have a specific name!Why? Because I knew who was authorized vs. someone at the door saying, "It's the plumber!" There are criminals posing as repairmen .... a big challenge in Los Angeles County.WPM Inc....extremely reliable...professional... articulate in quickly solving the water leak challenge! For my first visit, I was live. On campus @ Chrysalis, today, I witnessed how to assist clients create a resume. Onboarding Program manager, Dwayne Johnson, could not have been more helpful.
