j freeman: I can't say how much the services of Mohamed Hassan from Seniors LA Care Management helped us out with my 92 year old mother in law. She lived in Inglewood, CA and we in Las Vegas, a 5 hour drive way. Once she was widowed 1.5 years ago she was alone and needed guidance and help caring for herself along her living arrangements and keeping up with her health. She hooked up thru Senior LA Care and was introduced to Mohamed. He helped with assessing her house to making it safe for her and adjustments were made. He helped with making doctor appointments and even taking her along with going in with her to help her talk with the doctor and make note of instructions for her.....this being her request, and then even stopping my the pharmacy to pick up any meds. I am also writing this to say how much his help was appreciated from the point of my husband and I. When we saw her need for help we were at a loss, not understanding they way insurance works and for a time she needed to go to rehab and without Mohamed we would have been lost. He had his resources and understood how insurance worked and actually fought one insurance for us when she was wronged. Mohamed had great communication with us and in turn we would let him know anything that came up. Being soooo far from my mother in law Mohamed was and integral part of keeping her safe and healthy until she finally realized it was best to sell her house and move to Vegas, just 2 miles from us. Words can barely express my appreciation. Thank you!
