My stay here was incredibly horrible. The loud continuous protesting that occurred both day and night starting as early as 6 AM and lasting into the night past 10 PM made it impossible to relax or enjoyed my stay there.

Needless to say, the hotel was filthy, dirty, and grimy. The professionalism of the staff was incredibly low. I would not suggest that anyone book or stay in this hotel until serious upgrades and serious cleaning is done to this hotel.

Worst experience ever in any stay in any hotel at any place! The bed was not cleaned. Bathroom trash can was full of garbage. Unfinished soap still on bathroom counter. Even the pillow was leaning against the headpiece, you can tell someone was laying down in the bed. Hotel is old. Not recommend to anyone, especially with kids. Location seems convenience but we waited about 30 mins at the airport for the shuttle bus.

If you want a tiny, dated, hot room without air conditioning, finish in the tub wore off, this is the place. Avoid this place, stay at the Renaissance or Marriott to either side.
