So is on the phone customer service being polite was a good experience especially these days where it's like and truly I do mean this you go in a store and it's like there is no customer politeness it's like you're bothering them they never say thank you ect.. that's not what I had here and I appreciate that people are quick to complain I'm quick to say thank you so thank you

It helps if you can bring in what you need to replace and they'll match it up for you. I was told at one hardware store they'd need to special order the American Standard Valves I needed, but Security had them in stock and the matching seats as well!

Arthur Kegerreis: A friend pointed me to Ferguson, which he said was the best plumbing source in Hollywood. He also warned that the parking lot is a bit "tight" which is true, although I had no trouble finding a spot, it's tricky to back out and there were trucks waiting to come in.I had a short wait, then Hero was tremendously helpful and got me everything I needed, making some helpful suggestions about what I'd need to replace a pipe leading to a P-trap under a sink, and even trimming it to length for me. Some similar stores might be a bit more impatient with a non-plumber, so I really appreciated his help.I'd give him and the store the highest recommendation based on today's visit.
