Abbie Burdick: I don’t fully understand the negative reviews for this shop. The customer service is great everyone that helped me was very kind, they have a large selection definitely something for everyone and every occasion. They limit you to only try on 3 dresses which can be frustrating however understandable considering most of the dress shops in LA limit you to less or none at all.

Andrea Chernin: My experience here was wonderful. Very efficient and fun- and I don’t use the word fun lightly because I usually hate trying on dresses. I didn’t have much time, so the friendly women in the front, who were very knowledgeable about stock and body types, helped me sift through the large inventory they had by going through styles on the computer screen. This was much better to me than going through racks and racks of dresses. And, they brought me the styles I chose in my size and I was able to quickly try on the dresses I initially liked. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, about any questions I had, and were able to help me find a great piece. I really appreciated their customer service and professionalism. I also went to Noel across the street, but ended up getting my dress here- much better service and stock in my opinion.

Kim Hunter: I bought a dress from here in 2019, i was looking for a dress to wear to a 60th Anniversary party, I was almost as good looking as the couple being celebrated. I picked the dress, the ladies helped me in the dress, pinned the hem in place, sent me to their tailor, I paid a great price for a beautiful dress, I just need another formal event to wear it to. I'll be going there tomorrow to look for a formal skirt.
