I asked him if I could get an LV purse instead. He said ok. We got there and the way they treated us was exceptional. The guy who attended to me was patient and professional. I was so excited that I was getting a new LV bag. The ones I have are used ones I purchased from a third party so this new one means a lot to me. I enjoyed every moment spent at their store.
