We only came out here to pick up an order that was a replacement for the one stolen when mailed to my home. They could not have been nicer when I asked for assistance with an exchange on a previous purchase!! Martha, at the Glendale Store is Gold!! Her Customer Service skills are way above Excellent!! I had a pretty difficult exchange. She knew what to do and handled it herself. #lanebryant she needs to be promoted!! I believe the other CSR who helped us was Angie. Both of them went above and beyond. Thank you #lanebryant for employing such smart, caring and kind people. The store was very clean and there's plenty of parking available right outside. If there's something you need and they don't have it at their store, they are more than happy to help you order it right on the spot!

Rachel Sala: I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. If you're a bustier lady, you know that the average department store or classic lingerie place tends to not have a lot of options at larger cup sizes, and if they do they tend to be bland, not cute at all! Jenette is the exception, and while they're pricier than average, absolutely worth it. Every employee there is super knowledgeable, make you feel super comfortable, and have encyclopedic knowledge about sizing and styles and will find something that works for you, and is cute, comfortable, and makes you feel nice to boot.

Bella Vares: Best bra buying experience I have ever had! As a bigger chested woman I’ve never been able to wear shirts and dresses with deeper necklines and v-necks but they did the impossible and gave me a v-necked bra in my size! It’s everything I’ve always wanted but could never find. I can finally wear shirts with lower necklines and not have the extra fabric of a tank top or camisole!! So incredibly excited and happy with my new bra!! Will definitely be back!

Had a similar place where I'd purchased bras on the East Coast, but since moving here hadn't gotten new bras and they were 100% kaput.Jenette's worked me in even without an appointment, took one look at me and fitted me perfectly with three day-to-day bras and two sports bras. It makes such a huge difference to have a properly supportive bra and they were great at what they did!So glad to have a go-to place for bras.

Their sales associates are excellent and make you feel at ease. Their selection is constantly shifting to give you more options.
