Amanda McKeel: I live in Oregon and after going to several bridal shops in my hometown and having unbelievably frustrating and pushy experiences with salespeople, I decided to try shopping in L.A. Monique Lhuillier was the first place I went to, and it was like night and day. They were BEYOND warm, welcoming, and supportive. I worked with Kirsten there and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me. She gave me amazing advice and guidance and she picked the dress that I ended up going with, which she knew I would love just from our short amount of time working together. She even called me when I was having trouble with my alterations up in Portland to help me describe perfectly how to let the tailor know what to do. There was even a store locally that sold Monique and I wouldn't need to ship the dress, but I refused to use them because Kirsten was beyond amazing and I only wanted to work with her. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Monique Lhuillier to anyone looking for an amazing dress and dress shopping experience. My dress was beautiful, comfortable for lots of dancing, and I couldn't imagine getting married in any other dress. And Kirsten is amazing, and I think Monique is very lucky to have her!!

Veronica Daou: Came here for my first ever wedding dress appointment and had the most wonderful time! I was super nervous when I arrived, but was immediately put at ease by my stylist, Emma. It was clear that she knew what I was looking for and was so knowledgeable and transparent about each dress I was interested in. BHLDN has breathtaking dresses with a wide range of styles and the accessories are so unique yet timeless. And so many of these dresses are super affordable within the wedding world. I fell in love with a dress and was totally beside myself when Emma added a tastefully-picked veil. It was the perfect experience! Thank you, again, to Emma for being so warm, real, and welcoming to me and my goofy family on this special day!

The selection is very diverse and they are pretty price competitive compared to other LA salons. Would give 6 stars if I could. Definitely recommend starting your search for the perfect dress here. I went to other salons as this was my first stop, but I quickly knew I had to go back to order my dream dress from BHLDN.

Jen helped me by not only seeming to stay past her shift, but also took me into an open dressing room with several dresses she helped pick out. They didn’t have what I needed in store, but she made sure I found the size I needed and I ended up ordering online. I definitely had a great experience and was made to feel special.

Within that time frame, Zelda was extremely kind and professional. With each style she brought out some accessories to compliment the dress and it was so helpful to see what the overall look could look like and get an idea on how to accessorize. It felt like I was bridal shopping with an extra friend, and as someone who's been to some other bridal shops this was an above and beyond experience for me. Oh and, the dresses are BEAUTIFUL, high quality and relatively affordable. Production + shipping time is definitely way faster than most shops.I haven't decided on a dress yet but it's in my top 3. Walked in with my brother last Sunday morning to get a suit for him and we were immediately greeted by the most knowledgeable gentleman who handed my brother a tailored stylish suit that fit him almost perfectly. We were then able to select a nice color. After trying on four suits and without any pressure, we found the perfect suit and were in and out the door in about twenty minutes. Jacob Jozefiak: I had a fantastic experience on multiple occasions with the Brooks Brothers team in this store. I came in for a suit and a few dress shirts. Priscilla helped me pick out a good looking suit, a few shirts, and tie on my first visit. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain how to pull the whole look together. She also did all of the measurements for tailoring to take place. The suits turned out great, and I came back later to get a few more pieces to round out my wardrobe. I would highly recommend this store and its staff.
Nicholas Jenson: They seem to be doing a bit of a remodel but all the services were still offered. I was able to get my suit tailored with the mandatory functional buttonholes. Turnaround was only about a week! I was most impressed with Brooks Brothers. Tremendous customer service.

Andrea Chernin: My experience here was wonderful. Very efficient and fun- and I don’t use the word fun lightly because I usually hate trying on dresses. I didn’t have much time, so the friendly women in the front, who were very knowledgeable about stock and body types, helped me sift through the large inventory they had by going through styles on the computer screen. This was much better to me than going through racks and racks of dresses. And, they brought me the styles I chose in my size and I was able to quickly try on the dresses I initially liked. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, about any questions I had, and were able to help me find a great piece. I really appreciated their customer service and professionalism. I also went to Noel across the street, but ended up getting my dress here- much better service and stock in my opinion.
