Peter Cabrera: This store was very welcoming, I was helped by Sergio. He helped me do an exchange and find the right glasses I wanted, the store was very busy but he took his time and made sure I left happy with my purchase. Not sure if he is the manager but he certainly acted very much like one. Awesome experience.

Not breaking them but mangling them to the point where they were unwearable... or so I thought! They were Original Wayfarer Classics, made PRICIER by their custom tint and prescription lenses -- both the money AND the fee to fix were daunting. Chris heated them until they were pliable, put in a new screw, and polished them which removed most/all minor scratches. Offering him a nice tip, he refused it -- pointed to the Ray-Ban logo and said "You already paid -- we have a good product and we're more than happy to stand behind it! Wha
