Matthew Zachary: Visited Hall Madden based on a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be happier that I did. I ended up purchasing the suit I wore in my wedding from this location and the entire experience was simple, and could not have been easier. Initial consultation / measurement was quick and Jaime was great at giving recommendations based on my tastes. The suit was ready to try on in relatively short order and only had one minor tweak to be made, which was done speedily. I ended up purchasing a suit, shirt, and tie from Hall Madden and will definitely be ordering more.

Tyler Poppe: This was such a great experience through and through. I made an appointment with Jamie, he worked with me going through swatches, ideas, and concepts of what I was trying to achieve. The store had a lot of options to look through including samples to try on. I ordered a custom suit, shirt, and shoes. Once ordered, it took about 4 weeks which was exactly the time Jamie said it would take. We did a final fitting and suit fit like a glove. I couldn’t believe how well it fit. Now I might have to get some jeans made.I’ve had a quite a few different suits made in my career but this was by far the best experience. I already want to go back.

One shoulder had a divot also as the measurement on paper could not account for my front protruding shoulders.To me, this place deserves a full 5 star because they have the best pattern maker in town, a very competitive price that is 20-30% off then the other shops I've tried, and will give you a product that you will be happy with. Even though the owner is not the most friendliest/outgoing person, thats ok, because I did not come here to socialize. This place is overall a GREAT place to go for your bespoke suiting needs if you are more concerned with getting great results.

Brian Chang: , and Joseph was understanding the entire time about the decision. When I approached him about the custom shirt for the wedding a half YEAR after I last talked to him, I casually mentioned that I had a problem with the tux where the pants were too baggy and the tailor that was actively altering it also seemed to deny that such a problem existed. Unexpectedly, he offered to talk to his manager to see if they could help alter the tux to make it what I was hoping. For someone who I hadn't up until that point in time actually bought something from, he could not have been more gracious and that is genuinely something I don't imagine many companies would think of, never mind offer.End of the day, if you're looking for high quality things from high quality people, go to TruTailor Co and ask for Joseph.

It was very custom as I like a tapered leg and wanted to wear the jacket with just a choker that was also made custom for me. To get more use out of the suit I also had a vest and custom shirt made.
