Jilda Castaldo: Excellent services! I recently purchased a tankless water heater from Red Lily and they were fantastic, end to end! Mike came by, went over all of our options and answered all questions. The install team, Kevin and Wilber were fantastic, answering all my questions, going over what they were doing and why, and keeping everything very clean. Michelle helped me get the quote, appointment and rebate info. All in all, this was a pleasant experience!
Mike Santos: Great work. Came in fixed the issue quickly and pricing was good. I would use them again.
Delani Wolf: Ed at Red Lilly was very helpful throughout the process. He walked me through picking out new shower parts online, and was very kind and professional throughout the repair process.
Matthew Curiel: Their plumber Rufus really came through with quick service, and was extremely professional & personable. Rufus went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our clogged plumbing in a flash, as well as point out the ways in which our plumbing could be improved to avoid further issues. I would highly recommend him & Red Lilly to anybody experiencing plumbing problems.
Joey Diamond: brought in the camera first thing. I questioned, how much more will this cost? and he said, half the time the camera could clear the drain and there was no extra charge if this didn't work.The camera didn't clear the line, but it did give some insight to a possible bigger problem. He tried snaking it a couple of times and revealed roots in the line. This was the last thing I wanted to see. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they could do it in a day or two. But because I am who I am I called my contractor to see what he would charge to replace the same amount of pipe with new PVC piping, and I was surprised that he was 20% higher.They came back and at the end of the job

Nathalie Bui: My water filtration unit had been leaking thruout the pandemic. After doing some research, I decided to call Red Lilly Plumbing. The stars must've been aligned because within the hour, Raoul was at my apartment. He explained to me that the people who installed my water filtration system had done it poorly and wasn't sure if he could fix it. He did what he could, consulted with a fellow coworker who was more of a specialist, and explained every step just so I could see what should've been done in the first place. We thought it would just be a temporary bandaid but it has been months and there's still no leak! Ben: Mateo and his associate were the most professional and gifted plumbers I have worked with. Sometimes one can think that just because a vendor is personable, they may be less gifted in their technical abilities. This was not the case the Roto Rooter team, who exceeded all expectations in service and execution. Mateo was able to listen to my requirements in getting a new toilet, and went the extra mile to make sure that I got the model I wanted. When I wasn’t sure about certain decisions and options, he was able to fall back on his experience to provide advice. Lastly, when he said the installation would be “very easy“ I was skeptical, but within an hour he had removed the old toilet and installed the new one, which is now working perfectly. He was also willing to provide a free conversation about installing a washer/dryer which was very helpful. I cannot recommend Roto Rooter and Mateo highly enough - it is great to know that true professionals like Mateo are out there.

Bryan McElroy: Boss Plumbing is the best! I am a Real Estate Agent and I needed a plumber to look at a few issues that our inspector found. Boss Plumbing sent out Byron who did an incredible job! Byron found a few major issues that our inspector missed. Byron explained everything so that we could understand the issue and then provided an estimate to repair the issues. Byron and everyone at Boss Plumbing were responsive, professional and nice. I would not use any other plumber. I would encourage my friends and family to use them. I talked to them on the phone for 15 minutes and he suggested i just by a screw cap for the drain outlet to see if that would solve the problem.
