Angela Chiang: Really great resource for tile and stone needs!We visited here after looking at backsplash tile options in home Depot nearby, which had about one aisle of tile and stone to pick from for kitchen purposes. However, here at LA tile and Stone, they were aisles upon aisles of different kinds of stone and ceramic and porcelain tiles and more.It was great to see the displays on the walls for special orders, and the tiles and stones in boxes for those that are in stock already. There are so many options with outdoor tiling and indoor tiling options, and also some installed and showcase pieces like tub tiling. Each type was clearly marked on which brand or country they were from, and also what sizes or colors that the tile pattern came in, which was helpful.We quickly were able to find several options for our kitchen backsplash project. They offered a referral service in case we needed to have a tile install service. A couple days later I finally decided on which tile to use, and gave them a call to place an order. To make sure that we had our order correct, the lady told me to text her a photo of the tiles that I had taken. She also explained that with the number of tiles that were in each box I would have to buy a certain number of boxes to cover my project. The invoice was sent, and the tiles were ready when promised, only a couple days after I had made the text order.Great experience and would totally use LA tile and stone again for inspiration or for our next project!

Sheila O'Callaghan: What a wonderful experience . It was like going to a museum where you could buy the paintings. The tiles are from as far away as Spain and an endless selection. The salesperson, Irvin, was knowledgeable and very entertaining. It was a lovely way to go shopping; knowing that United Tiles will grace our home is thrilling.

As most tile stores do, they have a tendency to over order by more than a conservative margin, leaving customers with unreturnable excess, so as with all building material orders be sure to review the amounts and, if necessary, tell them to reduce the order before it goes to the warehouse.

Irvin was amazingly helpful and put me at ease when selecting and ordering kitchen tiles for my mother’s rental unit. After experiencing a major hiccup with a sister tiling company, he stayed with me from start to finish to make sure I got the new tiles in time for my project which was already on a tight deadline. Don’t let the storefront fool you, this store has more options than I’ve seen in a single location. He has parking available for customers in the back, and an extension to his store as well. I am SOO happy my path crossed this store and, the shop owner, Behnam. Behnam is the sweetest, more helpful gentleman I’ve experienced.
