They also sized me and turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong shoe size for a longggg time. They also brought me some shoes to try on and it really opened my eyes and changed the game for me. Holly Francis: 10 out of 10 highly recommend the staff is extremely knowledgeable about shoes I went with a coworker because she is suffering from plantar fasciitis from the jump when I called they offered so much help and knowledge on how to solve this issue we went into the store and the service was borderline obsequious highly recommend highly highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things. They watched my friend walk and did some other small assessments. We left the store so happy and they didn’t do overkill on upselling.

Emily Jensen: I have nerve pain and my doctor recommended a number of shoes. I went to Fleet Feet because they carried most in stock and I could try them on before buying. The attendant was super helpful and friendly. I was sort of in a rush and had to take a number of calls while shopping and the attendant was very patient. I found something that worked but not in the color I was hoping for. The attendant went in the back and found the exact shoe in the color I wanted, which was awesome as it was not on the rack. I did the foot test and found out helpful information about what type of shoe I need for my foot. Not related but the music was great too.
aryeh markman: The Encino store is very welcoming and the staff gives you are the time you need to make the right decision on the right shoe and helps you be perfectly fitted for your needs.
A F: My podiatrist gave me a prescription and told me to go to fleet feet. I got there and Joe immediately greeted me as I entered the store. I gave him my prescription and he asked me questions about my feet and any issues I had or problems. Then he asked me to take off my shoes and socks and had me put on a pair of socks which happened to be the absolute best socks I've ever felt I put them on my feet and my feet felt great they're anti blister socks that are not made of cotton. He then amazed me by asking me to measure my feet with this 3D scanner that took a model of my feet and ankles then he asked me to walk across this pressure plate which measured the pressure points of my feet. Joe then took that data and explained it to me and what it meant show me where I had high pressure points and which foot I walked on more than the other. Joe then brought out three pairs of shoes based on that data .I was at the store for about an hour trying all three pairs of shoes on even a combination of the shoes. I ended up getting a pair of Hoka Gaviota 5 . Joe found a shoe that lowered my heel into the shoe and took pressure off my toes. This is the best pair of shoes I've ever put on in my life the best fitting I feel so great they're giving me energy back when I'm walking. I'm going back there on their spring sidewalk sale to get some more socks and possibly another pair of shoes. I definitely would recommend to go to this shoe store there is no other shoe store like this .It's the best one I've ever been to in my life .Best we fitting and best shoes I've ever had because they're tailored to my feet. Thank you Joe.

Торговый представитель измерил мне ноги, задал актуальные вопросы по выбору обуви, принес на пробу различные варианты и обсудил со мной плюсы и минусы. Я склонен тщательно изучать вещи, а продавец оставался со мной и всегда помогал. Я купил пару прогулочной обуви, которая оказалась очень удобной и лучше заботилась о моих ногах, чем предыдущая обувь. Я потратил больше, чем привык, но оно того стоило.
