Brooke G.: for over 100 miles and had zero issues. It sits high enough that when I've been out on trails, it clears rocks and ledges just fine. Due to age, it had a tiny bit of surface rust that I recently treated and gave it a quick paint job, but it was more because I was bored than it actually needing anything. Absolutely the best value for a hitch receiver. I'm so glad to see these guys are still in business because they deserve it!!
Branton Malan: These guys were amazing. I took a trailer I bought off Craigslist to them for inspection. They repacked the bearing, checked the brakes, replaced lights and fixed some wiring. I made it 2000 miles without any issues. I highly recommend them. They are fair on price and 100% reliable. I had priced Amazon parts but bought the slightly higher priced pieces they had in stock so I knew they were putting in parts the guys there trusted. I am very glad I used Precision.

We are moving out of state and my husband wasn’t around at the time to help with the hitch and trailer and Justin made it so easy and helped every way he could. The service was amazing and he was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend this place to get your hitch put in. Moving is very stressful and Justin made it a lot easier.

John Bollow: It’s not convenient for us to drive all the way over to see the guys at Eckharts, but it’s worth every mile because they bring craftsmanship and integrity to all they do. They’ve done two receiver hitches for our last two vans, and installed a 4-pin, heavy duty 3500-lb. hitch on our current 2015 Honda Odyssey. They not only do it right but they stand by their work, no questions asked. Do they cost a bit more? Perhaps. But I’ll never go anywhere else.
Rick Arreola: Mazda 3 hatchback needed a 2" receiver to handle 300lb tongue weight. Called up 8am and made appointment, drove over at 10:30, done by 12:15.Go here for a receiver even if you know how to do it yourself. I just cant compete with that. None better.

Troy Junge: I had a 5,000 Lbs Tow hitch installed on my Brand New Nissan Pathfinder. Cornelio did such an awesome job. I was concerned about the kits online being too low, but he made sure that the Hitch was installed at the proper height. He even went above and beyond to ensure it was the proper height to tow my work trailer. The Kits online were approximately $650. I decided to have a Real Hitch welded to my vehicle instead of bolting it on for an extra $200.While most other places were quoting me $1,000, Eckhart installed it for $850 including the 7 Pin Plug Conversion.THANK YOU very Cornelio. You're service was exceptional.

Mo’ Videos (Mo’Things): I called ahead, showed up and they delivered in a matter of hours. I can’t express how appreciative I am. Context: After dealing with 2 separate U-Haul locations who wasted 3 ENTIRE days of only to tell me they aren’t capable of putting a hitch on my truck. I came from Colorado to California specifically to have this installed and haul a trailer back. My appt with u-haul was booked 2 WEEKS in advance. They didn’t even order my hitch receiver so they didn’t have it on my appt date.It was extremely stressful not knowing if we completely wasted a trip. I dealt with Omar. He said he could do it and he did it. I made it back towing nearing 20,000lbs and not a single issue. The guy knows his stuff and if I ever find myself in need of welding - Omar, this company, no hesitation.

The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off!
