I called the office and the receptionist, who goes by the name of Leah, was very attentive to all my problems. Although I can tell she was very busy, she never rushed me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Thank you Leah for your assistance. Later, I got in touch with Dr. Emrani. I live in Kansas City, Missouri but I come to Los Angeles to fly to my global destinations first to ensure that I can get tested here because of the reliability. Twice in the past six months I have traveled internationally and needed to produce a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival. This is hard to do with long flights. My concierge has been nothing but great. Reliable, professional, and extremely willing to help each time. They make it easy and are very thorough with their instructions. The testing is also a very easy and comfortable process with the staff. The best part is I have called and emailed several times with questions and concerns. They always pick up the phone or return emails very quickly which is unbelievable considering how busy they are. Everyone I have been in contact with is more than willing to help in any way.
