Lennert Vossen: I usually do not write reviews, but during our stay in LA this company helped us very good. We hired a bike at noon for 24hours. Our hotel did not allow bikes, so we went back around 3pm. We asked if we could take the bike the next day at 9am for the remaining hours, and that was no problem.We picked up the bike around 9.30am the next morning, and we were allowed to keep it until 2pm!! We did everything we wanted to do on our ride and the bikes were perfect. A small bag for belonings and a lock for the bike are all included. We even got 2 ice cold water bottles after. Thanks again!!Please do mind that there will be asked for a credit card hold for a few hundred dollars depending on the type of bike, but it is released almost immediately after bringing back the bikes in good condition.

Lacey Harris (Inquiri): I got my first fixed gear bike from DTLA Bikes around 2011, and I have never wanted to go to another shop since. I had unfortunately been of my bike since the pandemic because it needed a few things worked on, but I work fulltime and have a little difficulty getting to their shop during their business hours. However, they started doing pickups for service, I reached out, and my bike was picked up, fixed up, and brought back within a couple of days of my first message! I am so happy with the service and the quality of work done, I will continue going to them for all things cycling indefinitely. Thanks so much guys!!
Alan Hernandez: Most bike shops that typically quote a 1-2 day turnaround were taking upwards of 2 weeks. They picked my bike up on a Monday and dropped it back off Friday the same week!! J P: This bike shop is a great bike shop that have been taking care of me for a long time, but lately every time I go there are always busy. And they do not know how to take care of there customers. An example of this is when I call them they say please call back later. That is not what you do, you should say please hold and get back to them in a timely manner. I will change this review when they change.

I'm as green as grass when it comes to this and the guy was so nice explained everything every little detail and what I needed to do. You showed me the bike adapter and the rack and let me see if I could work things. I had a pretty good understanding of things when I left and I really appreciate the help. They are very friendly and they want to help you.

They’ve even comped a service when there was an issue in order to make me feel valued and not cheated when I had an issue with the scooter.When my Scooter was stolen, i was heartbroken and they ordered me a new one and had it at the shop within a few days.I always feel VIP here and am baffled at the bad reviews. Brad Lew: Awesome bikes and customer service from Frank/Manager who sold me a Scott Patron, my first ebike. Also Neal and George have kept it well tuned after many hundreds of mountain biking miles.
Alfonso Lopez: Small shop, good variety of e-bikes and on the high side of price, it comes with the location, location, location.
Ryan Bounedara: Robert helped fix a rear flat on my Juiced Hyperscorpion in less than half an hour! Perfect service; definitely coming back if I need any more maintenance on my bike done.
Luke O'Dea: I came in a couple times as I was trying to find "the one" ebike that would meet my needs. After a few conversations and test rides at the store, I purchased a Benelli and am super happy with the bike and the service from the shop. Thanks guys!

Darvish Kamalia: Probably the only dealership in the world that cares about saving customers money! Roger in the service department took my crashed Honda and worked with me very patiently over two months to get it up to brand new condition. He helped me save a ton of $$ by finding deals on parts when he could have easily charged me Honda’s ridiculous prices. I’ve bought two bikes from here and will definitely return when it’s time for my next one!

Truth Seeker: KHS typically only deals with bike shops or dealers not any individual customer. However, after learning about the frustration and the miscommunication I had with the bike shop, Vince went above and beyond and found me a replacement for my dead battery that the bike shop thought I was ready to throw away. However, I really care about it a lot even if it was dead, as this specific type is very hard to find in the market and there is a shop in Walnut city that can repair it. The replacement that Vince has found me not only saves me such a big headache but also my relationship with the bike shop. He has reinforced my confidence in their brand and done an excellent post sale service that other manufacturers would not bother to do. I am absolutely elated with what Vince has done. THANK YOU, VINCE!!!
