Robert Charet: I had purchased a sectional sofa from Modani, Los Angeles. I also purchased a warranty and it was a good thing I did, as my dog ripped the sofa within two weeks. I was fortunate to receive the assistance of Monaliza at the store who guided me through the claim provided, resulting in my entire sectional being replaced. She aided me in communicating with Modani customer service and in providing the necessary documents required by the insurance company. She called me texted me, sent documents, and was really my savior. I would recommend Modani Los Angeles and Monaliza specifically to anyone shopping for new furniture. Their future happens to be elegant , beautifully crafted of good quality and very reasonably priced. Their furniture compares favorably with that of stores charging two or three times as much.So visit Modani Los Angeles and ask for Monaliza.

Andy Valencia: If you're the type of person to really value what they buy and rathers spent the money one than twice, this is your store. Pricy items but worth the money for the most part, some items can be defective.

Mr Mister: I had to get seat belts repaired and needed to buy the seat belt cloth for the repair. The owner of the shop was very professional and guided me on where to buy the material, because he did not have that color belt. He told me how many yards I would need and where to go in DTLA to buy the material needed. I purchased the material, returned left him the belts, and material. I only needed one belt repaired but based on the conversation and professionalism he demonstrated, I decided to buy enough material to do both seat belts for an older first gen Toyota Tacoma. He did a great job, and they looked new. He was affordable, prompt, professional, and worth the 45 minute drive. I easily passed at least 50 auto upholstery places but none of them were this professional.

George at Best Way Auto Upholstery quoted me a price that was almost $2000 less than what I was quoted at my local Honda Dealership. Scheduling a day and time to bring my car in was easy and despite being a very busy shop, George knew who I was when I called to confirm, when I arrived, etc. The shop had plenty of fancier cars, including restored classic cars, but I never felt like my business was any less important. The fabric and installation was top notch, done in a day, and I got my car back cleaner than it's been a very long time. Also, the price I was quoted was the price I paid. This was a positive experience from scheduling through installation. I highly highly recommend this shop. FYI, I have no relationship with the shop or the owner and don't normally write reviews.
