A very entitled snappy white woman walked in who needed stitches and was very rude, and she handled her Calmly, and kindly, which is more than she deserved, and then the nurse practitioner Caleb who helped me out Was extremely knowledgeable and helping me treat strep throat with home remedies and medication, even as detailed as to remind me to wash my toothbrush, after each use so not to re-contaminate. But mostly as a gay man, and as some of my symptoms were borderline STI related, He made me feel extremely comfortable talking about it! Thank you for the wonderful service everyone

The facilities were so clean and I was very impressed with how nice all the nurses and the doctor was. I got an x-ray on a broken toe and my flu shot. They made sure my insurance was covered before letting me know the full cost. Will come back again!

Ray Legnini: I have been to this clinic a half dozen times and from admission to doctors you seriously will never find a more compassionate staff. They have an X-ray machine snd unlike other doctors they have never misdiagnosed me! Best to make an appointment on line but I have never waited more than 15-30 mins when I didn't. Parking lot attached to the clinic. The best clinic I have ever been to!

Albert Avi Elhiani: Ecxellent and efficient urgent care. Dr. Darabi is an angel and a very compassionate diagnostician. Will refer friends and come again if needed. Only critique it that the waiting room got very hot on the afternoon because the sun was directly beaming on it. Otherwise my experience was great.

Dalia Khalilian: Exer urgent care in Robertson is much more convenient and knowledgeable than my primary doctor. There was a big pus under my arm that primary doctor just gave me antibiotics and not touch it after 4 days nothing change and get more painful that ends up to urgent care , Dr Darabi is very nice and knowledgeable take the pus out .I m so happy that we have her in our neighborhood.

I would highly recommend this urgent care to my friends and family.
Steffanee Leaming: The front desk staff are efficient and friendly. They expedited my check-in and got me back for my vitals in less than 10 minutes. The nurse who checked my vitals and reviewed my current meds was also friendly and efficient. The doctor came in to see me within 10 minutes of being put into the examining room. She was kind and compassionate. She was knowledgeable and explained what was happening and how to treat me. I received an injection and given medication to go.This was a wonderful experience and the doctor visit could not have been anymore efficient. Everyone who works at this Urgent Care clinic was fantastic.Thank you for the great care!
