Over the phone he said it probably needs service and he said if I would like I could bring it in for a free estimate.No appointment was necessary, I walked in during business hours and he took a look at the watch. He opened it and put it on a machine to check how it’s running and he determined my watch did in fact need service. Which I expected because I hadn’t done anything to it for like 10 years.I dipped it off, a few weeks went by and Mine texted me that it’s ready. It’s an older Asian guy doing the repairs. He didn’t flinch when he seen my watch. Elderly and didn’t flinch when I told him what I need. Didn’t even inspect my watch. All signs he is an OG when it comes to watches and watch repair and probably has decades of experience.The battery replacement was $10 and he told me it will take 5 minutes to do. I sat down in the chair surfing internet on my phone and next thing I know he is finished. He even knew how to use the buttons and dials to set the time and date. Even I have to refer to the manual on how to set the time and date on G-Shocks. He’s truly an OG when it comes to watches.Will be returning in the future for G-Shock battery replacements and other watch battery replacements.

Leslye M: I sent my 30 year old bulova for repair. They examined it and gave me an estimate for a new movement and cleaning. I felt their pricing was reasonable and communication and detailed.I did receive the watch back but in transit there was an issue and it was not allowing me to set watch. I notified them I was a bit upset about it. But they assured me it was under a year warranty and I arranged to send it back with free postage. The watch was repaired issue resolved in a timely manner and it is again working great. I would definitely recommend tho I had an issue they responded quickly and resolved the issue.Their communication via email was great pricing what I expected and was pleased with end results.Leslye

Best place to go, especially if you have something like gucci, rolex, Breitling, Etc. Don't take a risk by going to a run of the mill jewelry repair shop.
