Toni Marie Sangetti: I absolutely love Management. They're the main reason I stay here. Zee is the property manager and I adore her on a friend level lol! She's more than just our property manager I talk a lot and she listens to me all the time. When I ask for things that I need, she's always more than happy to take care of it for me. Zee is also was very prompt with getting back to me when I email her. and Michael our assistant, property manager, he's great too and he always listens to me and he's always happy. Michael also has an upbeat personality just like Larry our leasing consultant. Larry is always checking on me seeing how I'm doing. They are all very genuine people. The Security is also very friendly. We're like a family here. It's a nice community. A lot of us have dogs and we take them to the park to play together and lastly, maintenance is great to Frank, Roberto and Vincent, anytime I have an issue they come and take care of it right away. They are also always very nice and friendly. I have a feeling that's the only way you can get a job here 🤩🤩🤩

Michael Adams: I was on my way to a appointment to look at a apartment in dwtn area and couldn't find it, as I was walking around I came accross a huge building called The Loft at the Security Building. I called and spoke with Larry, he asked me my price range, he then made an appointment too view the available units. My appointment, as the front door open and I walked in I look around and I thought to myself, WOW! Larry came out from his office and met me with the warmest smile on his face, we went to the elevator and he hit botton for tenth floor at that point I was overly excited at the prospect of me renting a loft on the tenth floor made me a little gitty. When we got to the available units when Larry spoke he new what I wanted to hear, he was professional and answered al of my concern and then some, he made me confertable with all of my question. Michael is the building mgr. was very instrumental in helping me with my lease which like a novel, it'svery thick, it scared me. Thank you so very much Michael. I moved in six days ago, love it.

Unfortunately, there is no assigned parking, however I've never had an issue finding a parking spot within the structure. The parking attendants are available 24/7 and are always up to help you out with any parking issues or answering any question you might have.

This is TY: This is such an amazing apartment to live. The mangement team is so helpful, Raven is always there to help incase there's anything needed. The view is very beautiful from my belcony and my studio is very spacious, everything is layouted perfectly. The conceierge staffs are also very friendly and makes 1133 hope feels indeed like a home. I have to mention the location it is in, very nice and convenient neighborhood, and gated parkinglot saves the day!

He's organized and a meticulous problem solver and is an absolute joy to see every day.Raven, the building manager, is not only on incredible at her job and handling the building but she's an extremely nice, friendly, and kind person! As a resident here, I love that it's easy to be able to reach her and talk to her about any questions or concerns that may arise. She's gone out of her way to accomodate and make sure that myself and other residents are comfortable and having the best living experience here.Maintenance is an absolute breeze. You put in a request in their system and in my experience, they come within the same day to quickly resolve any issue that might arise in your unit. Fausto, the maintenance leader, is friendly and clear and makes being in your unit very comfortable. He's efficient and fast and knows how to resolve whatever issue it is with ease. Above him doing his job well, it's also really lovely to have someone who's so thoughtful and nice.Yu, the leasing agent, is so friendly and really pays attention to the details with the residents and making leasing an apartment a dream. Being able to work with her on securing an apartment has been the most seamless experience I've had thus far with any leasing agent, which I appreciate.Francis, the previous building manager, was also extremely personable, accommodating and helpful. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate him and how he helped everything with the move in experience, how he answered questions, and how intentional he was with getting back to me about any concerns I had prior to moving in.The team here truly does go above and beyond. I've lived in multiple luxury buildings prior to this one and my expectations were always low since I found the staff in all my previous homes to be difficult and challenging. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at the degree of professionalism here, but I was blown away by how intention the entire staff is with making this living experience phenomal.Outside of the team here, the building is well-kept, quiet, and safe. There's 24 hour security and a gated parking garage. I've never had an issue with my car here, parking, or feeling unsafe within the building. The residents here have been mindful, respectful, and honestly great neighbors to have. The community, from what I've seen, mainly consists of young professionals who keep to themselves.I always tell my friends that 1133 Hope is a perfect little bubble in DTLA. The immediate surrounding area is nice, well-maintained, and peaceful. We are less than a mile away from Fig at 7th, a shopping center, gyms, and different bars/coffee shops you could visit. While DTLA holds a reputation for being a sketchy place to live, the area surrounding 1133 Hope feels like's own little utopia refuge. I feel comfortable and safe walking my dog in the area and returning home to the friendly staff.The amenities here are a dream and you literally cannot get a better view of DTLA anywhere in the city. Trust me, I toured every building. The position of 1133 Hope is directly in the middle of the DTLA skyline so you aren't getting a partial view -- you get the whole thing. It's incredible, inspiring, and honestly shocking how good of a deal you're getting here compared to the surrounding other buildings.

Floor plans are excellent in the sense that the 1b1b floor plan includes a office room which provides me extra space to put up a desk or just extra storage.Nice and convenient neighborhood. CVS, bakery, restaurants all in walking distance.

MB: I have lived here for two years and I love it as it has everything I need. Building is clean and modern. My unit has a great view with a huge balcony and an office space - perfect for working from home. Great location in South Park and walking distance from LA Live. The staff is great - very friendly and attentive. Any maintenance requests have been promptly addressed. I am happy that I have respectful neighbors and the walls are thick so no noise complaints. Would definitely recommend living here.

Francis, who I believe is the new building manager, seems to care about maintaining cleanliness and security in this building which is much appreciated. Floors and elevators are cleaned every morning, security cameras have been installed, and no issues with the garage gate as there previously were under former management. Fausto our maintenance manager always responds promptly to requests and wears sanitary socks before entering units. I appreciate these small but considerate details that make this building feel like home. Thank you!!________________________________________________________First year of living here was great but with the increase in crime in LA, there is nothing being done in this building to step up security measures to protect residents. Multiple incidents of car break-ins have been reported and the leasing office/building management have done almost nothing to make residents feel comfortable here.Needless to say I will not be resigning my lease here. The only saving grace in this building is the concierge and maintenance teams.

Brittany Chow: I’ve lived here for 18 months and continuing another year. I’ve toured most of the surrounding complexes in the area and 1133 is definitely the best. The finishes are really nice and every unit has a balcony which is nice if you wfh. The old management company that oversaw the building didn’t seem like they really cared about the tenants. We constantly had gate issues and a few cars were broken into. After the switch to the current management team I’ve seen a lot change positive changes. It actually feels like they care about the tenants. Francis has been such a great help during my transition into another unit and has made everything so easy and seamless. Although units are on the pricier side compared to other buildings around. I feel safe and love the staff here. I would recommend living here.

Most of my neighbors are working-class, younger individuals, so I felt that was a good fit for me.I'll finish on this note: I recently had an issue with my drain, which occurred on a Friday night and rendered my shower unusable. Fausto, who does most of the building's maintenance, came in on a Saturday morning to help fix it even though he was technically off until the following Monday. He did so happily and with kindness. Clearly he goes above and beyond for others, and as a professional myself, I respect that deeply.

When the air conditioning broke she handled it in a timely fashion and gave me a portable unit in the meantime. When the hurricane came, my apartment started flooding due to a clogged drain at the back and she immediately came to the rescue and even offered her own personal towels and helped clean up my apartment. I had a maintenance issue shortly after moving in which was handled promptly with Karen constantly checking in and communicating with me on the progress. Also so many good restaurants around that are walking distance or a short drive.

Jiayue Chen: I have lived in &Pico for 2 years and just get moved out because of the work requirement. It is a chill place to live in and I have 0 complaints over two years.The amenities are great and I never see any issue. My unit is close to the street so it could be a little noisy when cars go by but it is totally acceptable.It is close to the Sawtelle area so I never worried about what to eat lol. There are a lot of good restaurants, Boba tea shop, and grocery markets around the community.The staff is the GREATEST I have ever met! I was once locked out at 11pm and Cory was still able to help at that time. Cory takes good care of the community and provides anything we require. He is always so friendly to everyone in the community and I felt so luck to have him as our community manager.Even the move out process is pretty smooth. We got 95% of our deposit back and it got sent to us pretty fast.If you are looking for somewhere to live in West LA, don't look further, this is probably the best place you can find

Richard Agata: Raul and the rest of the crew here are phenomenal. Orsini living is not. Frequent ear screeching fire alarms at all hours, rude neighbors in the parking structure and elevators. Tenants who leave tons of garbage just outside the trash bins. Loud, pounding neighbors above me — when I specifically asked for a top floor apartment when we moved in…make it impossible for me to recommend this building to anyone.

J F: I am providing this review because there is one employee that always speaks and acknowledges my presence in a world that typically doesn't. He makes me smile, is upbeat, charismatic and sometimes simply brightens my mood. I'm not sure what his name is eeek, but he's the AA gentleman that always has the stylish hats on and is dressed to the 9, maybe his name is Joseph.? Thank you for always being ready to help. I won't forget him offering to help me with mail after my accident which left me on crutches. Thanks for being kind.

I forget sometimes that he doesn't own the building, which he should!If you come to Arq please request Rob Kelly as your leasing agent because you will be treated with the highest respect and professionalism. The man seriously needs to get promoted!
