The concierge desk is fantastic and everyone down there is helpful and focused. In particular, Yvette, Daniel, and Taz have been fantastic.Quiet, clean, and secure.

Drew Johnson: If you're looking for a Class-A building in the heart of DTLA, look no further than Watermarke Towers! This building is beautifully designed and professionally managed. The units are spacious with incredible views of the city in every side of the building you're on. Love hanging by the rooftop pool for the sunsets and working by the clubhouse during the day. It's my go-to Zoom background for work calls.The best part of the building are the staff. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, to management truly care about the building and the residents and are always quick to assist. Maintenance work-orders get done faster than my Uber Eats deliveries. Shout out to Tyler, Kevin, Jennifer, Yvette, Daniel, George, Javier, Carlos, Danny, and everyone. You all rock!

Irene J: this review is so incredibly overdue but I have been living at the watermarke tower for over a year and some change and was here for the management change which was a little shaky in my opinion. however, i would say the one person that has been consistent has been george. he is such an amazing staff member and person. he always makes sure that everything is good at my apartment and always is such a delight to run into during the day. he is a very kind and hardworking person and definitely makes everybody's living experience here so much better!! I hope the company also appreciates him as much as i do!

Linda, Jenny, Marcus, Victor, + every other individual I've had the pleasure of working with since we moved in last year from the Equity property management team has been remarkable. They are here most days of the week, then have a dedicated number we can call when the staff isn't here. They return my emails and phone calls promptly, professionally, and do everything within their power to meet the needs of me & my children. They are proficient, professional and make you feel like you matter to them, they really seem like they care!We love living here at Versailles, where they made our dreams of having a "home" in the great city of Los Angeles.

Kevaughn, an important member of the security staff, ensures a secure and reassuring presence, contributing significantly to the overall sense of safety within the building, making sure we all feel safe around the clock, providing a sense of security that’s truly comforting, and is always respectful and very friendly, along with Raul, who also makes sure that we are safe at all times. The rest of the team, including Denzel and Emily Ron and of course Kevin are also fantastic, making everything run smoothly. It’s clear they put in a lot of effort to take care of us. The hallways always smell like the trash-shoots and/or wet pets.

Omar: . Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff

The amenities are top tier and like no other, 2 story gym and club room, pool and hot tub, rooftop lounge. Newer, well maintained and clean community. Literally it has everything you need with an all star team. The team is incredible, very nice, more than Knowledgeable, charismatic and create a tour for me that felt like no other. I highly recommend this place. Oh oh oh they have 4 weeks free plus some other specials. Best best best place to live.

Karen Farber: I lived here for 1 year, and I must say that the staff, front desk, valet, maintenance crew, are the kindest, nicest group of people. Big shout out to all Concierge staff, Victor and the guys at Valet, management made up of Will and Adrian. The amenities are terrific, and the building is always immaculate and welcoming. It’s a great location, definitely pricey, but they have a lot of activities to choose from, so if you use them, it’s worth the price.

Martin Escobar: It has a pleasurable atmosphere, the decor and fireplace make it a tranquil environment to relax . The coffee is cappuccino and I made mine a double. I recommend the Area, a clean and friendly neighborhood.

Jels: First off let me start by saying I love how the property is very clean and i absolutely love that they have 24 hour valet & concierge services.Secondly I love the staff that toured me around her name is Gretel. I wish she showed me this place a year ago I would’ve moved in already. I had Gretel as a tour guide showing me around a couple days ago and wow she’s really amazing and welcoming makes me want to move in even sooner. I’ve gotten shown a lot of places with people but Gretel is the most welcoming person thus far. Her personality is amazing and she is very professional. I love it and this place . Amazing apartment building . I even gotten a Hot chocolate from here which is very nice and really good. Better then the stores

Jen J: I recently moved in and am really enjoying this place. The move-in process went smoothly, largely thanks to Nicholas who was incredibly helpful throughout! Despite its size, the building is surprisingly quiet.

Gianna Giuliano (US): and for the modern living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. The concierge, Rasheed, is wonderful and very helpful. The place loses a star for management....management is awful and pretty much impossible to get a hold of. I've sent multiple emails and for over a month, no response. Also, at times they have responded, they provided completely false information and hardly apologized when I confronted them about such false information. Luckily I don't deal with management on a regular basis, otherwise, they would drive me to move out.

Every apartment has issues but the staff at Alina have always been helpful and quick to resolve the few issues I’ve had. Maintenance team are awesome and quick with request. The building is safe and always clean. If you’re looking for a great place to live in DTLA I highly suggest you check out Alina apartments.

mahyar ghorbanzadeh: Alina is a great high-rise in DTLA. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, bars, and other fun amenities within walking distance. We're very pleased with the Alina maintenance team; they respond to our work orders very quickly. The concierge team, led by Rasheed, is fantastic. They are very responsible and friendly to the residents.
