Travis Sorenson: This review is long overdue. I had my official move in date about two weeks ago and I have been so busy with life. But I definitely have not forgotten the experience , the service and the consideration that the management of this building has. For starters this building is by far one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen or moved into. From floor to windows to ceilings and hallways and even parking structure it’s just clean as it can get. The management here is incredible they take pride in their work and give 1000% attention to tenants and possible future tenants I had the price page of working with Josh R who was on top of it from start to finish he was available every time I needed to speak or had a question and he was quick to call back if I left a message. He made this entire process shift from a complicated one to a super easy one with just a few pointers . He got my application in super quick and had me move in ready within an easy 2 to 3 days tops. It was a ton of back and forth and I know alot of work on him but he was just so pleasant about it all every step of the way. He showed me several units until I found the one I was happy with, he was just great that’s all I can say. This place has a huge package room and a huge mail room all very secured , parking is secured, building is secured amazing! And a night security ! The rent is a good value the places are nice , I’m overall very impressed and happy to be a part of this new place to call home. Many many many thanks to Josh and the maintenance crew who has already completed 3 service orders for me for minor little things. But they are on it that same day or the next! And thank you to the girls in the office as well who were so friendly and fun to work with during this process. Many thanks to you all!

jay lee: Aliso, aliso, aliso. Oh how I love you so much! This building is by far one of my favorites. Perfectly nestled in a gem of a district. The amenities are top tier and like no other, 2 story gym and club room, pool and hot tub, rooftop lounge. Newer, well maintained and clean community. Literally it has everything you need with an all star team. The team is incredible, very nice, more than Knowledgeable, charismatic and create a tour for me that felt like no other. I highly recommend this place. Oh oh oh they have 4 weeks free plus some other specials. Best best best place to live.

He provided great service, and when he came by to fix my AC he even offered to repair a few of the blinds that had fallen off over the last few months. Which was just an added bonus because I hadn’t put in a work request for that yet. Jesse really really goes the extra mile! I had to leave for work while he was doing the repairs, but when I returned I found a note that had a list of all the work done which I found to be a small touch, but something that shows that he really cares about the work he does and this apartment cares about their tenants!

Nolan Burks: The maintenance team here is amazing! Jesse Ramirez and Tony Floyd are seriously the best maintenance team I have ever dealt with. They are both extremely nice and go above and beyond every time we have had to put in a maintenance request. Each request has been resolved quickly with no hassle. Our dryer was even messed up at one point and they were able to get us a new one installed within a few days. I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel as though both Jesse and Tony deserve major recognition for their amazing work.

My apartment is super spacious and I rarely hear my neighbors. I have the stackable ventless washer/dryer which isn't all that bad - I just have to do smaller loads. The entire team both sales and service have been extremely helpful. Love it here and highly recommend!!

Hector Perez: The purpose of this review is to give a spotlight to Marvin and Alex who are apart of the building's technician and maintenance crew - their hard work is much appreciated. Ever since moving in to the building back in July 2023, our unit's AC system had been giving us some issues until it eventually just stopped working. Marvin and Alex came thru clutch in figuring out that the HVAC motor had burnt out and needed to be replaced. In under 30 mins, these guys got the AC up and running again. Our unit faces the sun most of the day so it was brutal when our AC would stop working. Thanks to Marvin and Alex those concerns are now nonexistent! Appreciate the diligence and hard work of these guys!

Jasmin Pinto: So where to start. Every time I walk in, it just feels like a place I would want to stay at when I travel because it has ALL of the amenities!! Ill start with the gym because working out is a huge part of my lifestyle. I love that there are TWO floors, they have more than enough equipment for me to get a workout done, and they even have a cute locker room where you can just change and be on your way if you have places to be and dont have time to go back to your apt. Second is the pool area, its amazing and literally just feels like your'e on vacation. In short this place is heaven, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I cant tell you how staff efficiency makes such a big difference on the quality of my life! Oh and before I forget the view is absolutely stunning!Thank you Sentral !

Garrett Kim: I've had a joyful experience living in Artisan over the last quarter year. Kenneth of the Artisan leasing staff is absolutely amazing. Since we moved in, he's helped us a TON and I truly cannot thank him enough.As far as the location goes, you cannot beat Artisan. It's at the perfect intersection of Arts District and Little Tokyo. Other properties like Gary and One Santa Fe are pushed up against the river and the metro train tracks forcing you to walk a longer way to get access to groceries and some restaurants.At Artisan, it's a simple walk to Asian groceries, bowling, breweries, shopping, and a number of great restaurants.

Erika Lugo: My family and I moved in to Artisan on 2nd in November, having to deal with some chaos moving out of our old place it was nice to be able to have a smooth move in process. Maydel was extremely helpful. Checked in on us in the following weeks! We had a few service request in the first couple days and they were taken care of right away. This is the 2nd time we've lived in an equity apartment location in Los Angeles and so far we've had no complaints. They've always been accommodating with requests we've had. Just recently Maydel and Leo went above and beyond to help provide a space for an event we were hosting in a near by equity residence. We've had nothing but great experiences with all of the management team here at Artisan.

Renee: The staff here are friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly by Francisco and Donaldo, and Sophia is always attentive to residents' needs.

Jon Tojek: My wife Claudia and I have been living in the Artisan apartments for nearly the past year and a half. The first person we met there as she showed us the place was Sophia Lawson, and her friendliness was one of the deciding factors when we chose Artisan on 2nd. Over the year Claudia called and emailed her many times about issues large and small, and we always received fast and effective responses from Sophia to solve any problem that arose. Sophia also threw great little apartment gatherings or parties on the pool deck that helped us meet our new neighbors. Surely she will be missed at Artisan, but a fine addition at any other apartment complex.

Bryan Fahrbach: Just moved in to STOA, and we’ve had a great experience so far. The staff, including our main contact Vanessa, have all been helpful, responsive and friendly. The amenities, including the gym, rooftop areas, pool and club room are all beautifully designed. The maintenance team is also very quick and responsive for the few small issues we’ve had fixed. Our apartment is modern with everything you need, a good layout and good lighting from the huge windows. And the location in Little Tokyo is amazing with all of the great restaurants and shops! We love it here!
