Omar: . Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff

Meisha Harris: My boyfriend booked this apartment for my 26th birthday via airbnb. The unit we had was beautiful and spacious. The amenities are nice.😍 They have grills, lounge areas, and a gym. They keep this place clean and smelling good. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the pool & lounge area. I wouldn’t mind coming back to stay here.

From Sunday brunch to Comedy nights, movie screenings, culinary classes.. everything is just amazing. It's not just about free food and alcohol and more about the unique experiences that this management is trying to create for the residents

The Maintenances was always quick if I ever had any issues. The Head of maintenance department, Antonio had always been nice and treat everyone like a family!!! Thank you!!! They make me feel like a family during my stay!!! I really recommend this apartment to anyone and would love to come back if I make it back to the area in the future.

These three gentlemen were all incredibly kind, considerate, and quick to respond to my calls and emails. They were flexible and provided me the option to stop by for same-day tours, and demonstrated professionalism and deep knowledge of the property when showing me different floor plans.I'm very excited to move in to Watermarke Tower in a few weeks — the decision to move here was easy with how truly outstanding the staff is!

Krina: I’m a resident at Watermarke going on 3 yrs. The building is very safe. Residential parking is gated and on-site. Neighbors on my floor are friendly as well as other residents I’ve met.The Bozzuto management is very attentive to the residents issues. Tyler, Kyle and Jennifer are always so kind! They put in a lot of effort to provide us additional amenities on-site for residents such as car wash service, food trucks, yoga, cold brew and kombucha on draft!The maintenance team is great! George does a good job with his team. For all work orders— George, Javier and Carlos will have it resolve it within 24 hoursOverall, I feel safe and welcomed living here!2/14: Danny and Carlos from maintenance are amazing. They were able to fix my request in less than 24 hrs, thank you
Darryl McCane: I have been living downtown for six years and in this building for approximately eight months. It is the best secure feeling I’ve had in a long time. The concierge desk is fantastic and everyone down there is helpful and focused. In particular, Yvette, Daniel, and Taz have been fantastic.Quiet, clean, and secure.
Drew Johnson: If you're looking for a Class-A building in the heart of DTLA, look no further than Watermarke Towers! This building is beautifully designed and professionally managed. The units are spacious with incredible views of the city in every side of the building you're on. Love hanging by the rooftop pool for the sunsets and working by the clubhouse during the day. It's my go-to Zoom background for work calls.The best part of the building are the staff. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, to management truly care about the building and the residents and are always quick to assist. Maintenance work-orders get done faster than my Uber Eats deliveries. Shout out to Tyler, Kevin, Jennifer, Yvette, Daniel, George, Javier, Carlos, Danny, and everyone. You all rock!
Irene J: this review is so incredibly overdue but I have been living at the watermarke tower for over a year and some change and was here for the management change which was a little shaky in my opinion. however, i would say the one person that has been consistent has been george. he is such an amazing staff member and person. he always makes sure that everything is good at my apartment and always is such a delight to run into during the day. he is a very kind and hardworking person and definitely makes everybody's living experience here so much better!! I hope the company also appreciates him as much as i do!

Travis Sorenson: This review is long overdue. I had my official move in date about two weeks ago and I have been so busy with life. But I definitely have not forgotten the experience , the service and the consideration that the management of this building has. For starters this building is by far one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen or moved into. From floor to windows to ceilings and hallways and even parking structure it’s just clean as it can get. The management here is incredible they take pride in their work and give 1000% attention to tenants and possible future tenants I had the price page of working with Josh R who was on top of it from start to finish he was available every time I needed to speak or had a question and he was quick to call back if I left a message. He made this entire process shift from a complicated one to a super easy one with just a few pointers . He got my application in super quick and had me move in ready within an easy 2 to 3 days tops. It was a ton of back and forth and I know alot of work on him but he was just so pleasant about it all every step of the way. He showed me several units until I found the one I was happy with, he was just great that’s all I can say. This place has a huge package room and a huge mail room all very secured , parking is secured, building is secured amazing! And a night security ! The rent is a good value the places are nice , I’m overall very impressed and happy to be a part of this new place to call home. Many many many thanks to Josh and the maintenance crew who has already completed 3 service orders for me for minor little things. But they are on it that same day or the next! And thank you to the girls in the office as well who were so friendly and fun to work with during this process. Many thanks to you all!

Carolyn Gallagher: I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I continue to be impressed. It’s super clean and well maintained in every main area and my unit was in perfect condition. Even today I thought I smelled gas when I turned my oven on so I put in a non emergency request - someone was at my door in 5 minutes to reassure me and investigate. First time I’ve ever felt truly safe in an apartment building too! Also obsessed with this location - doesn’t even feel like DTLA

He’s the best and really cares about his tenants. I’ve never felt so at home in a building, which is super rare for a high rise. I could go on and on I love it so much. Everyone is super professional and kind. Anything you need, they are on it! The units are also incredible. The views, the finishes. I could go on and on. When I'm here I feel like I'm at THE most luxurious hotel and I don't ever want to leave. Jason, Martin and Rudy are the next level amazing! They make my inability to manage my daily packages and deliveries due to my job easy! I work a lot and shop a lot and they are always there to pop those packages in my door!

Mit Gala: Been a resident here for 3 years now. Absolutely love my apartment and the building. Amenities are great. Shoutout to the Concierge team, they’re amazing!Update: The building changed management over the course of the past few months but the 888 experience has not changed. Most of the staff has stayed the same and it's been quite seamless for the residents. Thumbs up to the team again !
Leylalancome: Since moving in here, I’ve been really impressed, especially with Tanya. She is super helpful, always ready to answer my questions with a smile, making every interaction a pleasant one, and making everything run smoothly. Jocelyn, who works tirelessly during the night shift, is also very welcoming, helpful, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. Kevaughn, an important member of the security staff, ensures a secure and reassuring presence, contributing significantly to the overall sense of safety within the building, making sure we all feel safe around the clock, providing a sense of security that’s truly comforting, and is always respectful and very friendly, along with Raul, who also makes sure that we are safe at all times. The rest of the team, including Denzel and Emily Ron and of course Kevin are also fantastic, making everything run smoothly. It’s clear they put in a lot of effort to take care of us. I’m really grateful for the hard work of the concierge and security team for going above and beyond.
Darlene Pinn-Wilson: Just wanted to give a shout out to Kevin the security manager at 888, he is ALWAYS so very helpful and kind AND has an answer for EVERYTHING. Nice to know that this type of support is available when I need it.

Despite my challenges in communication, Paige remained remarkably responsive and went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment. Nitin Bhatnagar: was nothing short of heart-warming. I will try to remember the names that I can, but the ones I don’t list here were every bit just as incredible! Paige, Nancy, Ashley, Dru, Michael, Emily, Brandon, and really every single person on the staff made it very special to live there. They still remember me when I go there to ask about any mail coming to my old address.If you want great experience when renting, don’t think twice - just go ahead with 888 GHP!!

Catalina Suarez: I moved here about three months ago and my experiences has been incredible! The amenities in the building are amazing, you literally have everything you need here. Plus, all of the staff here is so nice, they always have a smile, and they are always there to help you with whatever you need. Specially Nancy, Kevin, Emmely, and Jabarri make this residence even better. And I Paige, who was my leasing agent made all of the process super easy and smooth, she answered all of my questions and was there to help with whatever I needed. If you are thinking about moving to Downtown LA, 888 is the place to be!
Eunice Jeon: This apartment is an incredible location for work, markets, banks, and others since it is in the heart of DTLA. Staff such as Emily, Nancy, Ashley, Kevin, Tanya, and Michael are so welcoming and warm individuals. They just make coming back home from work or just a day out so nice and peaceful.The only downside I have to this apartment is the smell. The hallways always smell like the trash-shoots and/or wet pets.
BRANDON GILL: Oscar from the maintenance dept was Great!He was personable and professional and seemed to be really knowledgeable about the equipment needed for several repairs.The work was done in no time, Thanks!
Ray Butler: Just wanna give a quick shout out to Oscar G. for thinking laterally and creatively to come up with a solution.My Google Nest thermostat suddenly died on me leaving unable to adjust my A/C for 3 days. Instead of following the by-the-book protocol, he discovered a work around and had my A/C unit fully functioning in less than 15 minutes.Thanks for being solution-oriented. It's much appreciated!

They are always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Whether it's helping with packages, providing valuable local recommendations, or ensuring a smooth move-in process, they excel in every aspect of their role.Their attention to detail and dedication to creating a warm and secure environment in the building truly set them apart. Residents at 888 South Hope are fortunate to have such a professional and courteous team at their service. Emily, Ashley, and Dru's commitment to excellence reflects positively on the entire building, making it an even more inviting place to call home. Keep up the great work!
