Brooke Griffin: I really enjoyed my year at And Pico. It was a quiet and clean community, and Denise is amazing, very attentive, and answers inquiries extremely fast. The location is also convenient and close to the beach and other activities. I am only leaving so I can afford a bigger room but otherwise, I have no complaints at all, and And Pico will be missed!

natashya falcone: Great place to live in! Overall, the building is clean and in a good location with new appliances. The property manager Denise is very helpful! When the air conditioning broke she handled it in a timely fashion and gave me a portable unit in the meantime. When the hurricane came, my apartment started flooding due to a clogged drain at the back and she immediately came to the rescue and even offered her own personal towels and helped clean up my apartment. She is very responsive and very kind.

Angela Yoon: My roommate and I just moved in last week and it's been a great experience so far. The apartment is a quaint and cozy community, and our unit is spacious with good sunlight and modern finishing. I had a maintenance issue shortly after moving in which was handled promptly with Karen constantly checking in and communicating with me on the progress. Also so many good restaurants around that are walking distance or a short drive.
Jiayue Chen: I have lived in &Pico for 2 years and just get moved out because of the work requirement. It is a chill place to live in and I have 0 complaints over two years.The amenities are great and I never see any issue. My unit is close to the street so it could be a little noisy when cars go by but it is totally acceptable.It is close to the Sawtelle area so I never worried about what to eat lol. There are a lot of good restaurants, Boba tea shop, and grocery markets around the community.The staff is the GREATEST I have ever met! I was once locked out at 11pm and Cory was still able to help at that time. Cory takes good care of the community and provides anything we require. He is always so friendly to everyone in the community and I felt so luck to have him as our community manager.Even the move out process is pretty smooth. We got 95% of our deposit back and it got sent to us pretty fast.If you are looking for somewhere to live in West LA, don't look further, this is probably the best place you can find

ZHENG PEIWEN: I lived here for 16 months and would definitely recommend to other ppl that are apartment hunting around the area. It’s a nice, quaint community and thanks to Cory, the management is excellence. He responds and gets issues solved very timely and always help deliver bigger packages to the apartment. The move out process is smooth even during pandemic and the cleaning/repaint charges are pretty reasonable. Overall it’s a clean, safe place to stay

She's a sweetheart.I rarely heard my neighbors although the back alley could be loud occasionally. Nothing unmanageable or unexpected living in Santa Monica though.I would've stayed another year if I didn't take a new job further away. Highly recommend.

Max Loeffler: a couple minutes away by foot, with Trader Joes & Ralphs a couple by car. If you're eating out, the taco truck literally across the street is EXCELLENT, or drive to one of the hundreds of top tier restaurants in all the great places listed above.Cory is a fantastic manager - personable, attentive, and keeps the property looking great. Amenities - hot tub, gym, decks, etc - are all very nice.& Pico isn't cheap, but it's very very worth it!
Nhung Nguyen (Pepper): , hand delivered holiday candles AND they even offer free virtual pilates and yoga classes!! How much more thoughtful can you get?? They’re seriously doing everything right here. Highly recommend this complex. No complaints!!

From awesome aroma smell and hallway music to cleanliness and amenities.I highly recommend staying here. It's top of the line building and you'll be treated that way too.

Gerry Owen: Love, love, love this building! The units are incredible and the views are insane. There’s nothing like it in Hollywood. I can’t say enough great things about Jason. He’s the best and really cares about his tenants. I’ve never felt so at home in a building, which is super rare for a high rise. I could go on and on I love it so much. If you live here you’ll quickly understand why it’s so special.

Michelle McManus: This is hands down one of the nicest buildings in L.A. As soon as you arrive you know you are taken care of. From the front desk, to management...it's all top notch. Everyone is super professional and kind. Anything you need, they are on it! The units are also incredible. The views, the finishes. I could go on and on. When I'm here I feel like I'm at THE most luxurious hotel and I don't ever want to leave. Jason, Martin and Rudy are the next level amazing! They make my inability to manage my daily packages and deliveries due to my job easy! I work a lot and shop a lot and they are always there to pop those packages in my door!

Madison Hillman: I’ve been living at El Centro almost a year now and every experience I’ve had has been great. They’ve always been on top of things and ensuring their tenants are taken care of. I particularly appreciate the quick response for repairs. I recently had a leaky sink and they had someone out right away. Ralph was friendly, professional, thorough, and quick to get the task done. I appreciated how he ensured the leak was completely fixed before finishing up by letting the water run for awhile and even testing how it would handle the garbage disposal. He even gave me a tip on how to catch a leak early in case it ever happens again. Thanks, Ralph, for your help!
Joseph Almonte: One of the maintenance guys, Ralph Rodriguez, came in on 3/4 to help solve an issue with my fridge. Ralph explained what was wrong, got the part needed to fix the issue and swapped it in all within an hour. He was helpful, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fast. Thanks Ralph!

I accidentally dropped my keys down the trash shoot in the evening and was told to start preparing to replace them, but Sergio went and checked it out and brought them to my apartment within 15mins saving me from having to pay hundreds of dollars to replace them!! Grasan Kingsberry: Had a wonderful experience touring the property and available units with our Leasing agent, Janae. This apartment complex is deceivingly quite considering it’s in the heart of Hollywood.Not only was Janae informative and knowledgeable, but her warm personality made me feel like I was already a part of the community. Sadly, someone got the unit we were interested in, otherwise we would be residence at El Centro.
Diana Mia: We’ve only been at El Centro for 1 month but so far we love it. Our experience has been great and that’s due to the team in the leasing office. Janae is amazing and probably the reason we even considered living in Hollywood. We felt like she had our best interest in mind.The communication was seamless and we weren’t being oversold or pushed into something. it felt like we were speaking to someone that we know. Also, Shout out to Star! Who really lives up to her name. Lol. Our first day in the complex, Star went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. The entire el centro team is wonderful.

Ashley Sujata: The maintenance team here was very fast and responsive and specifically Jesse Ramirez was excellent! He provided great service, and when he came by to fix my AC he even offered to repair a few of the blinds that had fallen off over the last few months. Which was just an added bonus because I hadn’t put in a work request for that yet. Jesse really really goes the extra mile! I had to leave for work while he was doing the repairs, but when I returned I found a note that had a list of all the work done which I found to be a small touch, but something that shows that he really cares about the work he does and this apartment cares about their tenants!

Nolan Burks: The maintenance team here is amazing! Jesse Ramirez and Tony Floyd are seriously the best maintenance team I have ever dealt with. They are both extremely nice and go above and beyond every time we have had to put in a maintenance request. Each request has been resolved quickly with no hassle. Our dryer was even messed up at one point and they were able to get us a new one installed within a few days. I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel as though both Jesse and Tony deserve major recognition for their amazing work.

Rey Ellis: Excellent maintenance team, always responds to requests within a day and are in and out in no time. It's only two dudes but they keep the entire place running. It seems this place was so hastily constructed that everything needs maintenance all the time, despite the apartments only being 12 years old. If you're going to renew your lease, check the current listing prices for apartments and pressure mgmt to match it, or they'll keep trying to raise your rent.

Eric: Recently moved in with the help of Anthony from the leasing office and Hugo from maintenance. We had a tight window for move-in, and was able to get everything done within a few days. Hugo was able to fix several problems we noticed in the apartment prior to move-in. Anthony was very helpful as we figured out how to get packages delivered correctly, and super nice while helping us get everything set up. Excited to live here!
Edward Richmond: Just moved into Westside Apartments two weeks ago. Our initial experience has been wonderful. The building is well maintained and offers excellent amenities, and our apartment was ready on time: spotless and with all appliances working perfectly. Anthony in the Leasing Office has been professional, friendly and always available to answer our questions. He walked us through the application process, step-by-step, and helped a great deal during our move-in. Hugo in facility services has also been very friendly and helpful.

Sherman and Liz Martin: Love living in these apartments from the people to the view. Luke Banham has been an awesome Property manager to work with. 1000% recommend for anyone considering to move in.
Omar: . Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff

Meisha Harris: My boyfriend booked this apartment for my 26th birthday via airbnb. The unit we had was beautiful and spacious. The amenities are nice.😍 They have grills, lounge areas, and a gym. They keep this place clean and smelling good. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the pool & lounge area. I wouldn’t mind coming back to stay here.

Travis Sorenson: This review is long overdue. I had my official move in date about two weeks ago and I have been so busy with life. But I definitely have not forgotten the experience , the service and the consideration that the management of this building has. For starters this building is by far one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen or moved into. From floor to windows to ceilings and hallways and even parking structure it’s just clean as it can get. The management here is incredible they take pride in their work and give 1000% attention to tenants and possible future tenants I had the price page of working with Josh R who was on top of it from start to finish he was available every time I needed to speak or had a question and he was quick to call back if I left a message. He made this entire process shift from a complicated one to a super easy one with just a few pointers . He got my application in super quick and had me move in ready within an easy 2 to 3 days tops. It was a ton of back and forth and I know alot of work on him but he was just so pleasant about it all every step of the way. He showed me several units until I found the one I was happy with, he was just great that’s all I can say. This place has a huge package room and a huge mail room all very secured , parking is secured, building is secured amazing! And a night security ! The rent is a good value the places are nice , I’m overall very impressed and happy to be a part of this new place to call home. Many many many thanks to Josh and the maintenance crew who has already completed 3 service orders for me for minor little things. But they are on it that same day or the next! And thank you to the girls in the office as well who were so friendly and fun to work with during this process. Many thanks to you all!

She is awesome and super helpful. She is patiently answering any questions and helping me to find my desired unit.
