Omar: . Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff

They keep this place clean and smelling good. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the pool & lounge area. I wouldn’t mind coming back to stay here.

The Maintenances was always quick if I ever had any issues. The Head of maintenance department, Antonio had always been nice and treat everyone like a family!!! Thank you!!! They make me feel like a family during my stay!!! I really recommend this apartment to anyone and would love to come back if I make it back to the area in the future.

The concrete and half walls really make them stand out and there is amazing views in most units. Kaya Evrenos has been my leasing agent and he's been amazing. Didn't ever feel rushed or pressured, he seems like he genuinely wants to make sure future tenants find their dream apartment and is willing to put in the extra effort to help you find what you want. He was kind enough to even stay late making sure I saw every unit I needed to to make my decision.

However, voicing my concerns Sky Williams did a great job reassuring the positivity of the living environment in Josephine. She was kind enough to accept me 20minutes before her next appointment and joyfully guided me through my tour + follow up!

The initial staff at the front desk were very prompt in checking me in & gathering all needed information prior to the tour. She made sure that all my questions were answered, I was well aware of the features within each unit as well as the amenities within the building. jay lee: Aliso, aliso, aliso. Oh how I love you so much! This building is by far one of my favorites. Perfectly nestled in a gem of a district. The amenities are top tier and like no other, 2 story gym and club room, pool and hot tub, rooftop lounge. Newer, well maintained and clean community. Literally it has everything you need with an all star team. The team is incredible, very nice, more than Knowledgeable, charismatic and create a tour for me that felt like no other. I highly recommend this place. Oh oh oh they have 4 weeks free plus some other specials. Best best best place to live.

Madison Hillman: I’ve been living at El Centro almost a year now and every experience I’ve had has been great. They’ve always been on top of things and ensuring their tenants are taken care of. I particularly appreciate the quick response for repairs. I recently had a leaky sink and they had someone out right away. Ralph was friendly, professional, thorough, and quick to get the task done. I appreciated how he ensured the leak was completely fixed before finishing up by letting the water run for awhile and even testing how it would handle the garbage disposal. He even gave me a tip on how to catch a leak early in case it ever happens again. Thanks, Ralph, for your help!

This apartment complex is deceivingly quite considering it’s in the heart of Hollywood.Not only was Janae informative and knowledgeable, but her warm personality made me feel like I was already a part of the community. Sadly, someone got the unit we were interested in, otherwise we would be residence at El Centro.
