Elaine Long: tea sandwiches and desserts. Simple, elegant and scrupulously clean tea room. The teas are absolutely delicious, and if you order hot tea, you get your own pot! This is both a lovely spot and high quality tea for the value. I'll definitely be returning here! Do make sure to arrive early, as parking can be somewhat limited in the underground parking lot.Dietary restrictions: I have an almond liquids allergy, and they were very careful in selecting things that I would be able to eat. Just talk to their team if you have a problem. They are helpful in knowing their ingredients and finding alternatives.
Michelle Barnes: , a scone with jam and cream, a cream filled madeline, macaron, and a cup of fruit. They also had a fairly wide selection of teas, including herbal and decaf. I went with Paris for Her, good though not as flavorful as I was hoping, and my friend selected Big Ben. The egg sandwich and scone were my favorites of the bunch. I wasn't as impressed with the desserts. Abraham Stone: What a cool vibe in here. At first you think you will be hanging out in the front of the house until you are taken downstairs and welcomed to a very large space lit up with so much wine, bars and nooks with couches as well as high top community tables. Great service, they allow you to taste before you buy, and probably should with most glasses being 20+. They offer flight tastings also. It felt like a younger vibe with city workers celebrating an end to their work week. Fantastic vine list and a good place to come for a drink. I'd keep it at that only.
Jayson Lennon: This is a fantastic venue for small events. Had my baby shower here and the staff was friendly, the interior was perfect, and we all had absolutely delicious tea. The location has free underground parking so it's super convenient to show up and enjoy your time here. This is a nice hidden gem and definitely recommend it for small events or just to enjoy a nice cup of tea.

Nina Morofuji: Celebrated my daughter's 21st Birthday and had a great time! The space was perfect for our guests and still had lots of room for the private vendors that we hired that night. I read some reviews just now about this venue and majority mentioned about them liking the natural light during the day. Ours was a night event and I cannot emphasize how nice the photos came out when our photographer took pictures of our guests in the alley and against the red brick wall outside! It was CLASSIC! Venue was clean and staff were very helpful. I wished the response level was quicker when I had questions during the planning stages but I'll still give Whimsy a 5 star because that is more on me - being in the sales/corporate business, I need to respond ASAP or lose the deal type of thing. I wished they had a branch closer to where I live but either way, I will consider booking with them again in the future. Thank you Whimsy!
Justin Hou: We had our daughter’s first birthday here. Amazing venue situated in heart of Pasadena down town. Amazing space with so much natural light, great amenities including chairs, tables, and TVs, and tall ceilings to make it your own. Lots of parking nearby, and we had easy access for our vendors to setup and pick up. Highly recommend!
Benjamin Franke (Solstice Son): Cool concept for open rental space. I went during a painting exhibition and was amazed to see every single piece sold. Some for over $20,000. Clearly this place attracts the right crowd.

Mike Martner: downstairs and he can play with some incredible kids, moderated by care takes who all really love being around the kids and encouraging play. I also bring my 3yo daughter here with my son and she enjoys herself as well. There's plenty of fun for both of them, despite the age difference.When I need to take a work call, jump on Skype or send emails, I can immediately go upstairs and not worry at all about waiting for transitioning time. The caretakers are excellent at getting my kids attention as I go. I can then come back down and interact as much or as little as time allows throughout the day. My kids also really love the positive attitude and inclusiveness encouraged of all kids as they play together.
Rob Rosario: I absolutely love this place. Both the play and parent areas are great. I wouldn't have been able to schedule my video/phone interviews without Pamper & Play.They even went above and beyond when I mistakenly scheduled an interview for 3pm on Friday. Being new I didn't realize that they closed early that day, but they stayed open for me! I'm extremely grateful and lucky to have found such a place.

The owners are always on hand and ready to answer all your questions. Parking is a breeze. Last- it is clean, so very very very important!!! Best indoor play area and transition program. Oh and free wifi and comfy parent areas are awesome! I even homeschool my older daughter at the same time there!

SuperStarPix Photo Booth: Quite a fancy place a bit hidden within the Valley!!! In this place, you'd need perfect lighting for photographs as it gets quite dark! But our photo booth can withstand most challenges and we're glad that venues such as the Enchanted Manor exists!

Danny Broderick: The "Enchanted Manor" is just that... absolutely enchanting; and Georgia, as the host, is simply icing on the cake. She was lovely, kind, and attentive during our stay. The house is uniquely decorated, like no place I have ever seen. It's fascinating and homey at the same time. It has either been professionally done, or Georgia has a special knack for creating a warm feeling about the place that makes you feel that you're truly in a home away from home. The property is big enough to allow two "residences" to exist side by side without one encroaching on the other. However, it's nice to know that someone is there to answer questions. Georgia has lived in Los Angeles for decades, and she knows the hot spots, the fun spots, and the quiet intimate spots, whatever we were looking for, she had suggestions. We had exclusive use of the pool area, with a private cozy area that has a fireplace to lounge around outside.I highly recommend the "Enchanted Manor" if you're tired of staying in hotels and motels that all seem to look and feel the same, because they all actually do look the same and feel the same, plus if you want the privacy and seclusion that only a private home can provide.

Georgia Duarte has created an wonderful oasis that is both calming to the spirit and soothing to the soul. I was enthralled! The manor is warm, cozy and inviting. The grounds are lush, manicured and serene. Georgia and her daughter, Angela were very gracious and caring hosts. I felt whisked away to some magical place during my stay. I highly recommend the Enchanted Manor for your next stay and/or special occasion!

mikhaila mehlman: This was the Best part about my first adventure in LA. I really would’ve been fine hanging around in the backyard instead of going off and exploring! Georgia is a fascinating person and generous host and I’m so glad to call her a friend now.The moment you arrive this place stands out, it’s the most beautiful house and yard on the street! Walking inside and it feels like you’re in a forest cottage in a fairytale. Also this was my first experience with a Murphy bed, I was so tickled at this and the decor and all the space! The full kitchen is stocked with all the random everyday things you end up needing as well as coffee🖤 Same for the bathroom…all the towels, toiletries and appliances for days. It’s stunning even to the locals! My guests were in awe at this magical place and lived only 8 minutes away.I wish I had more time for the waterfall and jacuzzi. The first and only time I got in was after a hike and I could’ve stayed in it all night…I’m sure Georgia would’ve been cool with it. She often had me over for coffee Where is she let me pick her brain about being a stunt woman and her book which she gifted me with. My goodness, I almost have no words for how lovely the whole experience was.Also this trip was originally canceled due to illness and she worked with me on rebooking offsite so I wouldn’t lose the money paid previously which I know I could have easily been told to go kick rocks. She’s a genuine woman and if you’re lucky enough to stay here you’ll see what I mean.I can’t wait to come back…this is the only placeI’ll ever stay when I do.

Erik Dohm: I bought a Doona stroller and a few other items for my newborn here. The canopy on the stroller was a bit damaged out of the box. I went back in and they took great care of us and got us a replacement canopy quickly. Great selection and great customer service, friendly people. 10/10 recommend shopping here

I bought many things here, like an Uppababy stroller and car seat. Staff was very helpful. They carry quality brands. You can also buy things from there online store and open a baby registry.They validate parking.

Linda: were great to work with from the start. They always went above and beyond to answer the many emails and calls and questions during pre-planning. Then during event day, their whole hospitality team went above and beyond to address onsite needs and to make us / the client feel comfortable and accommodated. Little things like checking in on us, and dropping off some beverages and snacks really helped. The F&B was great. Chef Tommy did a fantastic job coming up with a customized menu that fit around the tv show's themes. The whole staff were hospitable, professional, and friendly. I've worked with so many venues where the events team / venue constantly say 'no' or don't look for solutions. The Ebell is the opposite. I would come back to The Ebell in an instant for any other events down the line. Thank you for making the event and evening so wonderful!

It is located in a great, central area of Los Angeles so guests from out of town can experience the city. A private parking lot is included. And we were treated so well by every facet of the staff. Their in house team is incredible, event coordinators, catering, bartending, security, etc. Each team member made us feel special and helped make our wedding amazing. The venue itself is very turnkey from a planning perspective which made it ideal for us. We didn’t want to bring in all the furniture, build a kitchen, rent a parking lot, decorate every inch, etc. All those details are included and the space is so beautiful you don’t want to detract from that with too much decoration.In short, the Ebell was the perfect location for our wedding, and if you’re looking for a venue that makes a statement, but also makes things easy, it will be the perfect location for yours, too.

Gabriela Varley: 10/10!!!This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The street it's on and it's unassuming exterior help give a real "WOW" moment when you enter the space. Millwick is a real stunner and we felt that magical feeling every-time we stepped inside; it never wore off. Expect compliments from everyone. I don't think I have every said "thank you" so many times in one day or ever will again.But beauty alone is not why you should book this venue; the Millwick team is the true star here. Dana and her team made us feel taken care of from start to finish. They are organized, communicative, clear, and you just need to see their staff photo once to know that they are also fun to talk to and a pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding is hard and stressful but this team made us breathe so much easier and in the weeks leading up to the wedding we didn't have a single worry about the venue.Millwick far exceeded any expectations for how beautiful our wedding could be. And as a queer couple, we always felt respected and loved by the entire team. Millwick, thank you so much for the amazing memories!!!
Meg Le Vu: One of the 6 super photogenic venues found in LA, is a super dense photographer dream in a very small area. Parking is a bit of a chore, but like most LA venues, once you get in you are transported and shielded from the crazy. So lush in it's thoughtful placement details to shoot against. There so much to use here, it always seems like we don't have the time. Every wall there's something to use. Andrew Huynh: What a gem Millwick is, it helped set such a great atmosphere for our wedding. The outside might seem a bit iffy, but it helps wow you and your guests once you get inside. The main selling point for us was how green the venue was compared to others we viewed. The cost of other plain venues were "cheaper" but would've been more expensive after self decoration. Vs the minimal decoration we had to put into Millwick. Dana and Clare were also extremely helpful and it seems like the owners of the venue in general seem to have the best interest of their clients at heart. All the vendors they recommend were top notch as well.
H Copeland: Chic & modern beautiful wedding venue. Has an incredible outdoor garden made for ceremonious occasions. Has a large video screen and good sound system to get wild if you like. 4 bathrooms. Cool bar. Nice staff.

But most importantly, very welcoming and kind studio owners and instructors. Wonderful for any age, skill level, and interest in any dance style. Social, competitive, or wedding dances are all addressed professionally and with great fun by the Westmor staff.
