As a good writer and home cook/baker, I love a good kitchen supply store and Surfas was simply overwhelming in scope and product—so much for the professional food service and many items that are hard to find for bakers, cake makers, just so many tools. Not to mention an entire refrigerator case dedicated to butter. Came home with lots of fun ingredients and tools!

Erick R: They have the majority of like baseline supplies that you will usually need. My only concern is the cake boards. They don't carry all sizes. And also if they can put a ruler on the side of the cake board aisle so that we can measure what size we're taking.
