Ana Grey: Kitchen Depot is a Toys R Us for women. You can find everything anything you need for everyday needs. Best place to buy gifts. I shop here occasionally they manage the store pretty well. Only thing i would change check out area is not that comfortable, to many breakable objects near were we stand to pay. Worst time when it is crowded. Maybe it is time to consider make some changes thank you.

David Khach: there is no Parking, the rows are narrow, the trolleys do not pass, the goods are of poor quality, but acceptable. the staff is responsive and friendly, the product range is large, but for an amateur, there are a lot of shiny, bright dishes and few classic, strict dishes. overall a good store.

After carefully reading the reviews for different companies, we decided to go with Appliance & Kitchen Outlet. We made the right choice. This company was outstanding every step of the way.We purchased GE Cafe Series appliances: range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. The whole shebang. We purchased these appliances in April. It took months for the appliances to be shipped to the US. The last two appliances were delivered last week. This is all due to the pandemic, the chip shortage, the port delays. For all these months that we had to wait, Appliance & Kitchen Outlet has been amazing; they've kept us posted on the status of our appliances; they went to bat for us, doing everything they could to make an awful pandemic-induced situation better. Major shout-out here to Kristin, the employee who has helped us from purchase to delivery. Kristin is the bomb. She is so friendly, professional, courteous and nice. I'm going to be honest, my wife and I lost our cool a few times. The months of waiting really was draining. Through all of it, Kristin was so reassuring and professional. I might've lost my cool but Kristin never did. Seriously, you wish every employee at every company was like her: The serious professional who understands the customer always comes first. This type of professionalism is rare these days. At one point, I was so doubtful that our appliances would ever arrive, so I called a few other stores and acted like I wanted to purchase appliances, just to hear what they'd say. Every place I called said, "It's a total nightmare. You won't receive your appliances for MONTHS." This doubly-confirmed that we'd made the right choice going with Appliance & Kitchen.So, in the absolute worst of circumstances, Appliance & Kitchen Outlet truly shined. And in particular, Kristin. Like I said, she's a rockstar. She even helped us with an major issue with our rebate. I mean, talk about going beyond the call of duty.Five stars to this company.

She took that hint to the next level. Next thing I know it is not only wrapped in paper, it's put in the bag with fluffed paper and a red ribbon. Really appreciated the care she gave without being asked or prompted.

Jennifer Ziegler: Lovely store and very nice employees, however I was rather shocked at their attire. When I walked in there was a woman behind the register in a light pink jogging suit. My first thought was that a customer was back there raiding the cash register. When she asked 'how can I help you', I was absolutely shocked. Since when is a jogging suit proper attire for a work establishment, especially one as bougouis as Williams-Sonoma?! The other employee working in the store had jeans and a sweatshirt on. They may want to work on their appearance if they want to continue entertaining high class clientele.
