Louise: The owner of this place was so generous with her time on the phone when I called to enquire about help with disciplining my adopted dog. Even though she couldn't offer the menu of services during Covid that would customize to my needs, she was as helpful with me on the phone as if I were a full time client needing support. I had been taking my dog to the dog park regularly to tire her out because she could run with other dogs and get exhausted without me having to exert energy to keep up with her. The advice was brilliant: "do you want to condition your dog to be an athlete and require you to meet her athletic running need every day? At a park she has no discipline or structure, she can run all over the place, but if you walk her daily, you bond and you can enforce her listening to you." I'm paraphrasing, but for me that was great advice and I was compelled to write this review for her generosity with her time.

They're fast, thorough, and groom dogs at their appointment time instead of making them wait in a kennel. The shop is super cute, offering many services including a doggie social club. My baby came back looking and smelling amazing! 100/10 recommend. Paul was super helpful when scheduling.

We were desperate to find a groomer who could take her on a Saturday.Luckily, we found these folks. We were able to get her in 30 minutes after calling.We came to find a glamorous doggy boutique. The space is open, luxurious, and magical.Our dog was very comfortable with the staff despite having some mild attachment issues.It is definitely an upscale Atmosphere, with fancy leather harnesses in museum cases, exotic dog chews made from wild game and a salon style menu for pampering the dog.And yet their basic grooming and bathing prices are very reasonable. And their staff was very welcoming, despite us being in our pajamas.We’ll be bringing our dog back for sure. Highly recommended.

They require special care including medication and being separated while we are away and everything was handled with such ease. From communication to following instructions and leaving our place so clean, the entire experience was amazing. They hate all the doggy daycare centers and always come back stinking after their stays, so we were looking for someone who could come to our apartment instead. At first we were a little hesitant to have a stranger in our house and knew that our boys don't like strangers walking into the house without us present, but Eli was an absolute rockstar! Upon meeting him for our evaluation, we knew we could trust him. He's got such a lovely, calm, competent energy about him. He not only followed our directions perfectly, he took his time the first two days as our boys were scared of him. But he coaxed them and was so patient that eventually he won them over!! So so happy we have someone not only we trust, but our babies trust, to watch over them when we're gone! And the prices were extremely affordable! After LOTS of searching, really happy I found LA Pet Sitting!

Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. David Barrett: I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.
Ashley Reyes: My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. The questionnaire that they have you fill out really accounts for everything like where the pet carrier is located, what vet to go to should an emergency occur while you're away and even if you want your mail brought in or plants watered! I love that they are also willing to do little home care things like that in addition to caring for your pet. Nikole was great with my cat. She always gave me a great detailed pet sitting summary including my cat's behavior, how she ate and a picture! That is so good to have when you are away from your pet. My cat seemed to love Nikole and I actually think she misses her! Nikole was also nice enough to bring the mail in once even though I didn't ask. While on our trip, my boyfriend lost his debit card and had to order a new one. Even though we didn't mark for the mail to be brought in, it was so easy to email Nikole and ask her to bring that one important piece of mail in. Additionally, between when I first set up the initial appointment and when the appointment would actually take place, I took my cat to the vet and got news that she would need to start taking medication and her diet would need to be adjusted. Brooke and Nikole were both so accommodating about getting the new information. I will definitely use LA Pet Sitting again.
