David Mutschlechner: Parked a new Mustang there for three days, no problems at all. Garage is guarded by a security person.
Robert Bogolin: I don’t make a habit of reviewing parking lots, and I cannot guarantee you won’t have any issues, but based on the poor other reviews I must say we had a good experience. We booked through ParkWhiz and had no issue scanning in or out. It’s on the outskirts of the busier historic district of downtown but there were plenty of people around on a Saturday night. It seems like local valets must use this lot so there were some nicer vehicles and a lot of movement. It was well lit and clean. I don’t feel it is any less safe than other downtown lots.

Paul T: My go to parking spot at LAX they could use more shuttles thought because sometimes they have you waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle. At $37.50 a day they should have a shuttle every 5 minutes. The other issue is the valets always put my seat so close I can't even sit back in the car without putting it back first. They drive the car for 2 minutes, do they really have to completely change all your seat settings 🤷♂️🤦♂️

Sherline Jameshhjtm: We have been Parking Spot members since 2021. We have found it very easy to navigate the website and book our parking spot. The prices are reasonable and the discounts are even better especially when you book an extended stay. The QR code is scanned right from your phone to gain access to the parking garage when you arrive and to exit the garage upon your return. Everyone from the drivers to the front desk are very helpful with luggage, directions and ensuring the safety of your vehicle. Thank you to the manager Abraham for his patience and understanding. We will always be Parking Spot customers!

Vincent Tran: Parked here at 1030 AM and left around 730 PM. The process was simple you pay $10 for all day parking, park then comeback after and leave. Just ask the attendant what time they close so your car won't get locked in.
Andrew Andres: I am not ready to say that this parking is the best, but overall quite ordinary.
Michael Smith: Need to improve the service and need to clean the place. If all ok then highly Recommended!!

Pak Cheng: Reasonably price, clean, convenient and secured.Best spot in the area.
Malcolm Earhart: $5 for 3 hours and my car was still there and in one piece. They also have charging stations.

Dave Sharkman: Aiso Parking Garage has become my go-to whenever I’m visiting Little Tokyo and the surrounding vicinity. The rates are very reasonable for three hours of parking and it’s a safer part of the city. Though the Level 2 free EV chargers are decaying, there’s usually a free working one available, with an EVgo Level 3 option if needed. Finally, with the Little Tokyo Metro stop reopening, this is a good spot to park and ride.

Masadi Di: If you want to go to the central market, I suggest you park here. Although there are homeless people around, at least the overall environment of the parking lot is safe. The toll for the whole day is only 14 US dollars, which is more than that near the market. The toll machine was out of order at the time. Go to export and pay manually
