David Kakrda: Affordable parking next to Angels Flight Railway. 90 minutes for 5$. Sufficient time to take a ride and visit The last book store nearby. Food market in the building.
Jen Ng: Pro: Very convenient parking spot right next to the Grand Central Market, cost isn't too bad either at $5 for the first 90 minutes. Going in/exiting was straightforward and not confusing.Con: Spot was VERY small. If you have a big van or truck I recommend leaving it at home or don't park here. A normal 5 seats sedan would be ok.Overall I would recommend parking here if you're going to run a quick trip to the grand central market. If you're thinking of staying longer than 90 minutes then it's better to go somewhere else and pay for the whole day at $15 or $20.
Ned Dannenberg: Nothing posted prohibiting overnight parking, so I took advantage of this location instead of my hotel’s mandatory valet. Be aware of the hours of operation as others noted. Having the place locked down overnight is a safety perk in my opinion. My car was here for two nights without issue, and somehow I was only charged $25 on the way out. Win + win!

But the Grand Central Market is right in downtown Los Angeles and this parking garage is right above it.That means you get out of the elevator and you're right there. The ceiling height is OK, but it was very crowded when we were there. We had to get to the 6th floor before we could find a free parking space. It's also a bit outdated and needs a comprehensive renovation.

Ying Liang: A great parking option if you’re checking out the grand central market. Elevator takes you straight to the first floor where the food is. $4 for 90 minutes without validation is a fantastic price for the area. Spaces are pretty tight and you have to check for traffic when you back out/turn around to leave, so I can imagine how much of a headache it could be on the weekend.

Dave Sharkman: Aiso Parking Garage has become my go-to whenever I’m visiting Little Tokyo and the surrounding vicinity. The rates are very reasonable for three hours of parking and it’s a safer part of the city. Though the Level 2 free EV chargers are decaying, there’s usually a free working one available, with an EVgo Level 3 option if needed. Finally, with the Little Tokyo Metro stop reopening, this is a good spot to park and ride.
