I was fortunate to receive the assistance of Monaliza at the store who guided me through the claim provided, resulting in my entire sectional being replaced. She aided me in communicating with Modani customer service and in providing the necessary documents required by the insurance company. She called me texted me, sent documents, and was really my savior. I would recommend Modani Los Angeles and Monaliza specifically to anyone shopping for new furniture. Their future happens to be elegant , beautifully crafted of good quality and very reasonably priced. The only downside is there's no showroom so you just have to hope what you're getting is what you want. Some wooden slats in the bed frame that I ordered broke shortly after having it and they replaced some of the wood pieces because while the bed was almost $1000, it was made of cheap wood.

Kristina Williams-woods: . Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation with you. He asked me to show him the bed, he pulled it up, I paid for it and we set a date for Saturday. The only issue we had was the store is closed on the weekends and so I couldn’t call to verify which Saturday when I didn’t get a call from the driver. Called Monday morning explaining that I thought they were coming that past Saturday and he apologized and had my bed delivered the same day. The delivery driver was awesome and had my bed set up in no time, even after we spent awhile trying to figure out which direction I wanted the bed so that I could get to all the storage spaces in my small room with such I large bed. Needless to say I LOVE the bed and it was $1000 well spent and I didn’t have a terrible customer service experience. I feel comfortable buying from them in the future and referring others to them as well.

Kevin is nice guy to work with, spoke to him over the phone on last Thursday and placed an order for a sectional sofa and they delivered order today, they delivered it in 5 days , I was surprised with their fast delivery during the covid time, couch is well packed and delivered and installed with great care.

Before coming in I would suggest taking measurements of your room and how big the space is as it's easy to miscalculate the size of the furniture or room it's going into. The service is great here and have never had an issue buying.

Then you can shop at the food market and take yummy Swedish food and weird juice home with you. This Burbank location is the largest Room & Board in the world, yet it doesn't seem larger than the old one.

Since I wasn't able to view the sofa in person Luis send me a video of someone sitting on the sofa to better gauge firmness of the cushions. Everything was completed and delivered on time. I'm in the process of inquiring about ordering another piece because I was so happy the the process and the end result. We're in the process of moving but will add a photo as soon as I can.

I’m picking up a bookshelf today but my toddler is asleep in the car, so they are bringing it out for me without hesitation. I am in LOVE with the dining table and chairs that I picked out along with the collection of living room furniture I got. They’re going to pack it up and quickly deliver it to us this coming week. Why, yes, they could!Michelle needed to be in Las Vegas for an event here, and she took time out of her busy schedule to come see my balcony and to get a feel for what I might like.We discussed a few design options, and decided on a loose plan incorporating colors from the dining table I'd ordered, with a little cobalt blue and yellow thrown in. I've uploaded a picture of the custom table so folks can see the the design she and her husband came up with.Both tables turned out absolutely gorgeous! They delivered a bit ahead of the promised date of delivery. So, if you are looking for a mosaic table, I highly recommend using Furthur.
