Robert Charet: I had purchased a sectional sofa from Modani, Los Angeles. I also purchased a warranty and it was a good thing I did, as my dog ripped the sofa within two weeks. I was fortunate to receive the assistance of Monaliza at the store who guided me through the claim provided, resulting in my entire sectional being replaced. She aided me in communicating with Modani customer service and in providing the necessary documents required by the insurance company. She called me texted me, sent documents, and was really my savior. I would recommend Modani Los Angeles and Monaliza specifically to anyone shopping for new furniture. Their future happens to be elegant , beautifully crafted of good quality and very reasonably priced. Their furniture compares favorably with that of stores charging two or three times as much.So visit Modani Los Angeles and ask for Monaliza.

Sarah Coleman Harms: I contacted Luis about customizing the fabric on their custom curved cloud sofa. The whole process was seamless. Since I wasn't able to view the sofa in person Luis send me a video of someone sitting on the sofa to better gauge firmness of the cushions. Everything was completed and delivered on time. I'm in the process of inquiring about ordering another piece because I was so happy the the process and the end result. We're in the process of moving but will add a photo as soon as I can.

He let us look around, try out mattresses while he was at his desk, he would give suggestions and answer any questions as well as check in every now and then but never was hounding us or following us to try to make a deal. He made the browing experinece enjoyable. He was also suggesting we try other mattresses comparable to aireloom but a fraction of the cost. He was definitely trying to work with us to get us a good deal and good sleep without spending an abundance of money. After being there about an hour and half just trying beds we still went back to the aireloom. Our wallets hurt but back is thanking me! I was finally able to sleep a full night in bed! Nine hours of uninterrupted, cool, sleep with no hip or back pain! I woke up feeling rested and revitalized ! The only complaint I have is that online

Chris and his team at the store are by far the greatest sales people I’ve ever worked with in my life. Chris cares soooo much about making sure you are happy. He’ll even come to your house and look at the mattress with you. His knowledge is incredible. He knows every brand, every model, expensive or inexpensive. And most importantly, he’ll never pressure you to buy something more expensive. He’ll do the opposite actually - he’ll tell you to buy a different mattress that’s less expensive because it offers the same comfort, etc. Anyway, I’m babbling here — but I just couldn’t help myself to come on here and write this review. Because normally? My experiences with sales and retail people are quite the opposite. Chris is the very best.

Evan Liu: Rooms: For a four star hotel, the 4 bunk bed room was extremely small for four travelers. Smaller than some college dorm rooms. Maybe even smaller than a cruise ship room, which is tiny. However, the beds were very comfortable, soft, and plush.Walkability: Very central downtown. Walking distance to a nice mall and the big DTLA arenas/venues.

TiDa VISION: The rooftop experience in DTLA is ALWAYS a vibe. I enjoyed my night out at Wayfarer's rooftop restaurant. The place was pretty packed, keeping the staff very busy. Not a very vegetarian friendly menu for entrees, however the appetizers were INCREDIBLE. My favorite was the brussel sprouts dish. A combination of savory and sweet that made my mouth happy! The drinks are pricey, but hey it's DTLA, so that's to be expected. I didn't mind it at all and if you're looking for a fun thing to do, I recommend grabbing a bite and view and maybe a room 😉
