The furniture came out so beautifully, the price was great, the delivery team who dropped it off was so professional, got everything where we wanted it in the house, hauled away our old furniture. The pieces are high quality and gorgeous and I can't wait to enjoy them in my home for years! I believe they quoted us 6-8 weeks on the build and all the furniture was ready by the beginning of the 6th week. I had never really heard of this store before, and I decided to travel all the way to Los Angeles to go to this store because of their amazing options for closets shelving and more. As I entered the store, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Katrina. Right away, I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable she was. Being still a little leery, if I wanted to purchase items here. I let her know what I was looking for. She didn't try to upsell me in any way, yet she found exactly what I was looking for and gave me great details about how everything went together and why these particular items would work for me. I was able to take measurements in the store and figure out what would fit and what wouldn't fit. She gave me many separate options, and we even reviewed some things online. Ultimately, I decided to go home and not purchase anything that day, but I ended up coming back the next day and making a large purchase, and lo and behold, Katrina was there again. She again took the time to help me to find exactly what I was looking for and finalize my purchase. I am still working on installing everything in my garage and in my bedroom, but here are some photos of what I decided to purchase. I can't thank the staff enough for being so professional and courteous. I was very impressed by how neat the store was and how clean everything was. I was very impressed by the organizational skills and again by the sales representatives. I was very happy that I decided to travel all this way to buy these items and ultimately I was very happy with the purchase that I made. Furthermore, I am very excited to open my own business now out of my garage and have it look so professional and organized. I have never seen my place look so good thanks to the amazing products that I was able to purchase. I was also quite impressed with the quality of the products. I'm a professional carpenter and I thought everything was very durable and well made to last a long time. I am very happy with how everything pops together so easily. I could easily see that anybody would be able to purchase items here and install them on their own. I was very surprised that I had never even heard of this store since it seems to be such a great store. I was honestly thinking about just heading to Home Depot and trying to build some tough shelves on my own, but I'm glad that I made the stop here first. I think all and all I made the right decision by going here and I highly recommend this store to anybody that is looking for high-quality items on a budget. One last time, I wanted to give a shout out to Katrina for being an awesome sales representative and spending nearly an hour with me on two separate occasions to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Adrian Monarrez: I had a good experience, I did have to wait 3 months to receive my sectional; however this was less of a lead time than others when we were shopping for sofas. I am happy with my purchase and like our sectional. We went into the store to test and try out the model we liked. There is no real tracking for the order, just have to wait, which is what I expected since they did give me a lead time upfront. I really went for BoConcept because of the design and can say we had a good experience and am happy with the sectional.
