Comics Vs Toys: what do users think?

Sylvia Escobedo: Neat comic book store, very friendly staff and lots to look at!

Inkhaus L: The genius of this tight space is how well the management and staff know thier community! They’re on trend without alienating new readers

Neal Breton: A small shop with a lot of great stuff in it, I always find a little something. Parking is ok for the area and the service is great.

Nativeman94 (Josiah): This place was amazing, I could spend hours looking through so many comics and collectbles. Owner was helpful and knowledgeable. Had to leave before I spent all my money lol

Rod N: Comics more Comics and action figures! Loose and sealed items available. Welcoming atmosphere and quality items. A must place to visit and shop if you're in the area.

Curt Matzenbacher: Found some good deals in their half-price trades, and clerk was very friendly, going so far as to write down the name of some other local places I should check out when I asked for recs.

Byron Nilsen: Staff is great. Ace is an awesome guy!

Patrick Gealogo: Thoroughly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest!! The best experience I’ve ever had in a comic book / toy / collectibles store! They are equally helpful to newbies as they are to comic and collecting veterans!

AJ Cabalu: Ace is the man! Great shop, sweet customer service and lots of titles from which to choose. Also there is a nice memorabilia cabinet display.

Adrian Yuen: It's a small shop, so they'll limit the amount of people inside. So be patient.

Matthew Martin: Very good collection. They have plenty of the well known collections and plenty of off beat stuff

Nathaniel Vega: Thanks for the comic, It was quite the selection. Love the stores homey atmosphere and a nice taste in music. There was like two reviews lower than 5 stars and they don’t have great reasoning.

Deysi Quinones Rolon: Great Place to look for collectables and comic books

Entertainment Hobby Shop Jungle (Anime Jungle): what do users think?

Marlon Barrios: .

Alejandro Gonzalez: Friendly employees and a good selection of YuGiOh and Pokemon singles. They sell booster packs and boxes. Packs for $5 and the boxes for $80. Not a bad price, compared to other shops in the area. I love shopping here for cards!

Ryan Ortiz: Entertainment Hobby Shop is a convenient store for all of your hobby needs. From Paper mache to toy trains and much much more. Thank you guys for your business and I will be back soon!!

Luis Miguel: Staff is very friendly, and always happy to help. There's also a good chance you might be able to find what your looking for, but if not, it's still nice to see what other merch they have.

Alexander “Kimesato” Sanjur: My gettogo place whenever I am in LA, Gabriel aka Ichiro is the person you wana chat with to get all their latest info and items. All their employees always have that good vibe going on with them. Best spot in LA.

Samchecar: Prices are kinda whatever. However, the entire lot has tons of cool stuff to see and buy. Check it out for yourself, the surrounding shops make this place a sweet hangout/date spot.

Empress_0f Dreams: I freaking love it!

Erin Joseph: I not only found exactly the collectible I was looking for, but it arrived in an expertly packed box with a little hand written post-it note thanking me for the order. If that's not 5 star customer service, I don't know what is.

Ed Leonard: I'm an avid board gamer, and I can't say enough good things about this hobby shop. The service is fantastic, and the staff is always ready to recommend the latest and greatest board games. The quality of their board game selection is top-notch, with a wide variety to choose from. What's even more impressive is the value; their prices are competitive, and I always leave with a new game that brings hours of fun. This shop is a board gamer's paradise!

Geeky Teas & Games: what do users think?

Jeff P: Just an incredible store, place to buy and play games, and location to meet up with friends and make new ones. They're in the process of moving to an even larger location with better parking.

Paul Rumohr: Edit- The new location on 900 W Alameda in Burbank is mind blowing. There's nothing else like it on the West Coast, and this maybe the best, most sophisticated board gaming store as of May 2024.Best game store in Los Angeles! Geeky Teas has a great selection of strategic board games, RPGs, and a miniature painting supplies. As well as teas and a cat rescue built in!On weekdays and weekends the place is packed with people playing together. Everyone is very cool, mean people are not appreciated.

Megan Tindell: My favorite game store to date. Queer, friendly, queer friendly, and they always seem to have new indie ttrpgs in stock to buy and try out.

Marco Antonio Feist: Very good staff, large tea selection.

Courtney Suchil: Amazing staff, lovely store! Sage is so helpful and knowledgeable with magic and D&D! Will be visiting again!

Kady Lee: I have had nothing but amazing visits here and the staff is great! If you're looking for a specific game or fandom, it's so easy to go in and inquire and have just a genuine time! I ALWAYS stop in on my trips to Burbank! I also heard they're moving in May of 2024, so I'm very excited to see what the new place will look like!

Mindy Conant: What a fun place! The staff showed us around and explained everything with excitement and a friendly vibe. Merchandise is on point! You gotta check this place out!

Lynne Sanchez-Fries: Welcoming, well-staffed, clean, plenty of fun merch, and the best game library I've ever seen. If all that weren't enough, they're also super inclusive and it always feels like a safe space!

Ryan Anzaldi: This was really a magical place that I'm so glad to have stumbled upon during my search for the latest "Magic: The Gathering" release.Well before entering, it's clear that you're about to be among friends. Welcomed by a life size TARDIS outside the main doors, I was already grinning before I stepped inside. But the real show starts once you walk in, and only gets better as you continue to explore the building.I understand they're moving soon, to a larger building, so if you want to experience what I did, make your way there soon!Once you enter, you're greeted on your left by the friendly staff behind the counter, eager to inform and aid the stream of gamers coming and going. On your right, several windows give view to a room made out to look like a medieval dungeon; the perfect spot to pray for Nat 20s as you adventure through the forgotten realms.Continuing through, a lively noise begins to pick up as you realize how many excited gamers have come to play. Countless tables, filled with all sorts of different games, are occupied by exuberant gamers, surrounded by walls painted with fanciful murals, and decorated with a host of medieval swords and shields. Adding to the aesthetic are a host of fun obscure items, ranging from small tables arranged with gaming materials, to a life-size Dalek positioned in the center of the first floor."This place is great!", I commented to a man selling me a booster pack, "I love all the gaming rooms!""Thanks!", he replied, "Did you see the one in the back?"My eyes widened. There was more to behold?!? True to his word, the gentleman pointed me down a hallway, where even more gamers played the hours away in a comfortable, inviting store that I can't wait to return to.

Sarkis Grigorian: I’ve been going here for a few years now. Always a great stop for games, sleeves and much more. Highly recommend going here for any of your gaming needs. Also, they make fantastic recommendations for games and are always happy to help you find what would best fit you and your gaming group.

Jessie Pomegranate: I felt so safe and at home here and every one of the staff has my whole heart and gratitude. Scott shared with us his favorite dice and gave us a tour of the place and made us feel so very welcome!! I did not catch the name of the very kind tall person who also works there, but they helped us pick out games that were specific to what we were looking to experience. I love this place so much I cannot say enough about it. Thank y’all for the safe space 3

Kirk Dorton: You guys in burbank have it so good there, it's true it's true.im in northern az now and I could only wish for a store half as good as you are.

Julio Mendoza: Great place to have fun with broad games and trading card games.

Secret Headquarters: what do users think?

pop alot: Cool comic store

Natalie Andrewson: Best comic book store for a variety of narrative media needs- I can grab a zine, my favorite manga, a recent small press or mainstream comic all in one place. Really helpful for presents. Kind, thoughtful staff. Best gem on the strip.

Adam Scott Mazer: Great local graphic novel selection.

Jake Grubman: . For me, the few rows of older comics make this tiny shop a gem.

Ale Melendez: New location has so much light! Love it

David Kavin: , but I'm getting used to the new place. It's great to go into a store that knows that there is an audience for comics outside of the mainstream and carries stuff that we want to see. Also to discover a comic, book or zine that is completely off of our radar.

Ramon Alberto Ayala Sanchez: Brilliant

Danica Sheridan: and they go out of their way to make it happen. Fun new neighborhood! Parking's insane so call if you're stuck, they'll figure it out.

Giuseppe: New location is cleaner, seemingly more Apple Store than the previous location which felt more like what you’d expect with a name like secret headquarters.

Wiley Burke: Very cool comic book store. They were very helpful.

Alice Villegas: It's a small shop but it's very nice. I loved the vibe and the guy and the register was very helpful and kind! I'd love to go again.

Patrick J. Adie: Best comic book shop in LA. This is where you go to find the stuff you don't see in a regular comic shop. The new location is super cool!
