Alondra Flores: I like the facility. The front desk is always welcoming. I really enjoy the classes, even though there are minor issues that interfere with having a great workout. After every class it would be really appreciated if they would wipe the studio floor. It can get really sticky in between classes and also slippery in some areas due to sweat, which can become a safety issue.
Alexa Flores: Overall, a great place for self care. There are minor issues in the facility. In the women’s dressing room, I would rate the showers 3 stars. I understand the gym can get a bit busy but they are not as clean as they should be. Most of the time people leave behind trash. The sauna & steam room are most of the time under repair. The sound system in the studio room lacks as well. Sometimes you can hear the music through one speaker as opposed to all 4 in the space.
Denisse Gamboa: Love the cardio Latin class. It’s super fun and the instructor is very friendly. Love that I’m getting my cardio in but having fun at the same time

Kira Omans: I literally only have a Golds Gym membership so I can come to Alfredo’s Cardio Latin class! He is truly the best - he’s so energetic and kind, and the choreography is a blast. This is also the best I’ve ever looked and felt. So thankful for Alfredo! 😊
Rae: We go specifically for Alfredo’s Zumba class- he is the BEST!! He makes working out so much fun, the hour long class goes by so quickly!
