Azin Espahbod: Favorire place to workout. The classes are fun and the trainers are great. They walk around and correct your form which is really important.

The structured workouts eliminate the need for planning; I simply show up and everything is ready. The trainers are supportive and motivational, always pushing you to get one more rep in. Thomas Mendolia: I did as many personal workouts you can imagine, from the apps, to the strategies from YouTube fitness stars. Nothing stuck with me until I did F45. I became part of the 100 club purely because it made exercise enjoyable, and when I finished I felt like I had accomplished something big for the day. All the trainers were incredibly gracious and helpful. Paul was always personally attentive and pushed me further than I thought I could go. Amanda and Angela were always a foundational smiling face that made class such joy, starting my day with happiness. Anthony definitely pushed me the furthest with his tough love approach, every time I finished a class with him I was proud of myself. And Jacobo brought such a unique and motivating energy that filled my soul each time. These were my core trainers that I had class with, each with their own individual style that gave me exactly what I needed in my fitness journey, and beyond. Even the newer trainers such as Kara were developing their unique brand of motivation that made going to F45 every day a unique experience. To me, that's what I needed in an exercise, something fresh every time. Unfortunately for me, I moved away, but I will miss the friends I made, and I will miss this group of trainers that guided me past my initially perceived limits. Thank you to all of you.

Andrew Chao: I've been a full time member here for 6 months now, but I've been coming on and off for the last 2 years. It's a great community. You don't get the peer pressure to go too hard like you might in a crossfit class. Don't get me wrong, you'll want to push yourself because of the music and hype. There's screens in front of every section of stations so regardless if you're a more experienced lifter or not, it's nice to have a visual cue when a trainer can't be quickly available. Trainers are always walking around keeping eye out on form, or they'll help out at the ones that are a bit more complex.

I was really happy with the results and I even won the Coach's award, which was a surprising bonus!To continue the momentum, in September 2023 I signed up for my next 45-day Challenge. This time I didn't count macros since the healthy eating habits that I established from the previous Challenge carried over. I found that I craved healthier foods, which satisfied my appetite so I didn't need to eat as much or overeat. I continued to work out daily at the gym and that helped me get stronger. Back in May I could barely do one unassisted pull-up. Now I am up to 7 unassisted pull-ups. I found that consistency is key to get to this point. By the end of the second Challenge I lost 11.7 lbs. in body weight, had 20% fat loss and lowered by body fat % by 2.8%. Meagan McCall: via the alley in the back, then take the stairs up from the garage, make a right, then take those stairs to the top floor, turn right again, and you’ll see the sign pointing to Pure Barre.You’ll shake, and they push you harder than you can push yourself, but since it’s just for short amounts of time you can do it! After just a few weeks, I definitely noticed more definition and strengths, especially in my glutes and abs.

LUIS GARCIA JR: I started visiting Rise in December of 2022. Initially I just wanted to learn the basics of boxing, and have fun, so I took a class a week. Soon after, I discovered the amazing commitment of the coaches, the members, and specifically Taylor. Everyone works very hard, everyone is very supportive and encouraging. It’s a great atmosphere. This made me want to join the Rise family, and I became a full time member by March 2023. It was the best decision I’ve made for my lifestyle. At 45, I’ve lost approximately 30 lbs, I’ve learned the value of matching a proper nutrition regimen with consistent exercise. Im stronger and more active than I was at 35! It’s been a truly life changing experience. If you’re ready for a positive lifestyle change, don’t think twice, Rise will take you to the next level.

I also found a new love for cucumbers and lettuce haha.

Noe Duenas: Great staff and facility. Highly recommended especially the HIIT classes and the nutrition guidance if you do their 6 week program. Coaches explain exercises well and help scale thing down if you are not physically at the level they tend to do things, so you can still reap the benefits of the workout at a pace that's doable for yourself.

Nadine deRoux: I was injured in a car accident with four fractured vertebrae , and a slip disc and working out at Club Pilates made me stronger .Club Pilates Miracle Mile is the place to be. I absolutely love my instructors they are so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive to my goals.The Atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. I look forward to my classes of which IDo 6 Classes per week .The Manager Amanda is Absolutely Amazing she checks in with my progress and to see if there’s anything she can do to help which I think is so sweet!If you’re looking for low impact exercise or to strengthen your Core and lengthen your muscles or if you have been injured come Join us I definitely recommend.

After a few weeks, I could already tell that I was stronger. Ryan Warner: Nice quality private gym. Reasonable price for what you get. Sauna is solid, new gym equipment from techno gym. Tons of cardio machines. Not too busy outside of hotel guests, which is a plus.

Baer: are sparkling clean. There's towels and ice cold water available all day. Yes, it is "pricier" than some other gyms but you get what you pay for, I definitely think it's worth it especially because it's never too busy to get your workout done. The ONE criticism I could think of is though the Technogym machines are nice, it would be great to have some more old school plate loaded machines. When I brought this up to management casually, he said it was something they were already considering based on others' feedback! Love the whole environment and I'm happy I chose this gym.

I have been a member for about a year now, and it is part of my daily routine before work. Kimberly, I have seen her almost every other morning when she is there for awhile now but I never knew her name... she is one of the front desk/workers is great. She is one of the best employees this gym has. Friendly, always always making sure towels are in stock, water is set.. always smiling and making member feel welcome. I actually asked for her name so that I could write this review. She definitely needs to get acknowledged and I'm sure a raise would be great as well haha.

Roan Peters: LOVE this boutique gym! It’s on the 7th floor of the Intercontinental Hotel on 7th and Grand. You do need elevator access and you have to scan your member card to use the gym so it feels very exclusive! They have the newest Technogym equipment, a gorgeous dance/fitness studio, the nicest bathroom with lockers, a sauna and steam room, showers, and CLEAN bathrooms!!! It’s never busy like every other gym in DTLA so it feels like I have the place to myself when I work out. 🤩 They also offer various classes throughout the week.
