Devon DiPaolo: This guy is very professional and an experienced mechanic. I always value his advice and I often don’t like what he is saying, but I can’t say it’s wrong. His advice is always in your best interest. It can be off putting because I don’t think he will go against his own principles to meet your needs. For this reason a visit can be a bummer sometimes, but over all it is a fully functional and capable shop of anything industry leading and pro. And he has always been right in my experience.

Sholom Jaeger: This is by far the most trustworthy and skilled bike shop mechanic in LA. Always top notch work. Turn around time is tops among any shop in SoCal. As a bike racer, this is always my first choice and I've never been disappointed. It also helps that he and his staff are passionate cyclists/athletes - this shop is second to none
L Dupree: This is my go to bike shop. They've repaired my mountain, gravel and road bike and did an excellent job. Nir also rebuilt my gravel bike wheels to perfection. They're not cheap, but that's a good thing because you get what you pay for.
Casper Casparian: Great, small bike shop. Reminds me of the shops in Europe, where you can get almost anything you need, but don't have an infinite number of choices. Quick in and out, and Nir the owner-operator is very skilled and knowledgable.

All I can say is in a very short time of being with this place for 3 months it has been life-changing for me. Me starting here was a sign from the heavens that it was time to get my fat self up and start moving my body again.
The Peak 5 team set the right expectations from the jump. All of the work you are about to do is to set you up for a lifetime of fitness. They teach to focus on how mobile and healthy you will be at the age of 80, not just three months from now. I’m in it for the long haul and really enjoying it!

Brian Nguyen: This is a great local gym. I appreciate they have early morning fitness classes that I can attend before going to work. If you are like me and find it difficult to stay motivated at a normal gym, Peak 5 Fitness is the place to be. Their classes are fun and the members help keep everyone motivated/accountable.I also like supporting small businesses.
Nichelle Cieri: Really like all the staff that I’ve met! I have taken the majority of my classes with Maria. Maria is very strict on form and she coaches you as any serious coach would. As a former athlete, who has had injuries in the past, I appreciate her approach.Pete will challenge you and is light and fun with his work-outs.Chika is very personable and is authentic when approaching you.Overall, peak5 is a warm environment and does not have a bro-ish or intimidating culture.

Andrew Arnold: Peak 5 Fitness has changed my life and the way I look at fitness. On the surface, Peak 5 is a chill East Hollywood CrossFit gym. On the inside, Peak 5 is a diverse community of people dedicated to building their health and fitness through CrossFit with a focus on core strength exercises. The coaches meet you at your level, while still pushing you to achieve what you’re capable of in each session. Of all the gym memberships I’ve started and stopped over the years, this has been then only one to stick, and I’m sure glad it did!

Joseph savage: . I went to Equinox in the Republic of Texas and then in London. I moved to West Hollywood and decided to jump on the John Reed bandwagon...mistake. It is "cute" all the little lights and signs, the DJ in the booth, etc. I come to workout and actually get after it. I have NEVER seen someone taking pics or recording at an Equinox, John Reed is one giant instagram shoot where they encourage you to take videos. John Reed has no towel service, no pool, no steam room, and almost no trainers whatsoever. J.R. is putting in a plunge pool and hot tub for summer, "cute", I want a real pool so I can swim and actually workout like I am paying to do. Let's be honest we are all just getting ready for PV and Fire Island anyways, do we really need to sit around being catty with each other on a random Tuesday at a gym's plunge pool as well? WEHO Equinox does not have a pool but your membership is all of Southern California, the ones right down the street about 5 mins do. I saw someone said its dated, a bit maybe but it is getting a complete remodel. There is a steam room, trainers, a greater number and variety of classes, pools, locations, it goes on and on. If you are looking for content by all means go to John Reed. If you are looking for an upscale gym where people are there to workout, get better, transform themselves, then WEHO Equinox is 100% the place for you. Plus, it has free parking which John Reed does not. Call and ask for Conner, he made coming back super easy for me. Jake is my personal trainer I have been seeing 4 times a week, he's next level. I have specific goals and timelines that I am trying to hit and not every trainer knows how to get to where I want to go. Workouts, dietary, body composition, aesthetics, I told him exactly what I wanted and he has done all the work to make the plan to get me there not to mention motivate.DO NOT listen to the chirping. At a minimum call Connor, check it out, have a workout then make the call for yourself. I have zero regrets.

David Rambo: that says 444. Gym is on 3rd floor, you can park on level C. PHEW…OK now that that's out of way.Love love this location. Very lowkey crowd, never packed, and cleaning crew works so hard to keep it up, plus beautiful city views throughout. Feels less intimidating than some of the other locations. Definitely smaller, so if you're looking for every piece of equipment under the sun or a pool, try the Hollywood club.

TJ Oswald: Equinox LA is an incredible gym and I recommend anyone who’d like to join to do so! It’s the #1 fitness company in the industry and far more luxurious than its competitors. The team cares for its members and illustrates top-notch customer service. The locker rooms and weight floor are exceptionally clean. Moreover, their cardio and weight equipment are highly advanced. This club is worth every penny and as a frequent commuter to Las Vegas, NV for work, I’m begging corporate to build a location there. Thank you Equinox for providing the best experience a club could possibly offer!

Luay Younus: I am not sure what all the negative comments are about. This is honestly one of the best locations for equinox. Towel service, very clean, large space to workout, lots of machines, great instructors, a swimming pool, a cold plunge, a rooftop patio, a spa, a sauna, and a steam room.What else on earth would I want from a gym that this one isn’t offering?Parking though could be free given the high membership cost but I don’t find that a deal breaker for a safe and attached parking lot.

After touring Thousand Oaks, and a few other highly-rated clubs, I found this one to be the friendliest, cleanest, and with the best amenities. Although I’ve switched to a different company for my fitness regimen, they made the process for cancelling as easy as signing up.

Mary Mojica: . Top floor is all clothing and accessories. Bottom floor is furniture, housewares, etc. Top floor is organized, everything price tagged. Mostly clothes from the late 80s, 90's+. Found lots of 50s vintage treasures here including handbags and dresses. I regularly donate plus size fashion, lots of plus size jeans and pinup finds. Definitely worth a visit. Donation hours are m-f 8am-3pm, Saturday donations can be taken to the green gate on side from 10-5.
Daniel Stevens: I really like this thrift store. I have been there twice now, about 6 months apart, and have had a great experience each time. As mentioned there are 2 levels, clothing upstairs and household stuff downstairs.The staff are really nice. I mainly go for clothes, but was eyeballing some furniture today, which they had a decent amount. The clothing sizes have been kept in order on the racks for the most part, making it easy to find my size. I have found great stuff each time I have gone, from a nice rain coat, dirt cheap, to a very nice complete dress suit setup and a couple of tshirts for dirt cheap.I'm not sure what the people with negative reviews are expecting. This is a thrift store after all, not Santa Monica Place or Fig At 7Th. But you are going to have issues with people every now and then wherever you go.
