The hotel has a business-like atmosphere and is located in a somewhat undesirable part of downtown, but it's well-maintained and has a friendly staff. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with nice touches like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathrooms are clean and have good water pressure. The hotel doesn't have a pool or spa, which was a bit disappointing, but it does offer a fitness center and business center. The location is convenient for exploring downtown LA, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. John Hannan: This is a great location if you are planning a trip to Universal Studios if for even one night. We stayed here two nights between a full day at Universal Studios. This is a clean and comfortable stay. It's very family-friendly, so be prepared to hear and see rambunctious children. There are timed shuttles to and from the Hilton to Universal Citywalk. We used the shuttle once but found it more convenient for us to just walk to the park. The path includes a staircase up and then down to walk over a bridge. You can make it to the entrance gate of Universal Studios within 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly staff.

Hector Murillo: First visit, staff is exceptional very warm and inviting reception. concierge desk made sure to give us instructions on how to find good restaurants walk down to rodeo drive it's only 12 minutes by foot. This hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are beyond Superior with extra large LED TVs and iPad system for ordering services and room service and you couldn't ask for a better location in Beverly hills for sightseeing but by far what makes this hotel better than others is the staff and service. They even have aluminum bottles that you can refill at the ice machines through a water bottle filtration system. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the front desk for making me feel appreciated as a military service member, thank you to the Beverly Hilton hotel.Second Stay at this resort now, recently and it was a truly remarkable experience.
