Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport: what do users think?

U15 U15: , and the rental car shuttles go from there.Rooms are currently being cleaned daily. Uber and Co to Hollywood or Universal Studios are too expensive. But in combination for an acclimatization stop, for example to Hawaii, and exploring with a rental car, the hotel is ideal.Rooms: Double Queen, Very comfortableSafety: very safe, never had a bad feeling

Alessandra Curcio: Great hotel to stay at for the cost. Convenient location the Downtown LA, Culver City, and Glendale. Could hardly hear the planes at all. Loved how the hotel staff offered us water every time we were going to our rooms. Just wish coffee was provided throughout the day for free in the lobby like other Hyatt hotels do. It was kind of expensive in the marketplace. Otherwise, great overall place to stay for a visit to LA.

Ionel Oul: Amazing experience at the Hotel we were lucky to deal with a gentleman called France who took care of us to the highest standards even though I have made a mistake on my booking he took his time and managed to flip it to a positive side and managed to give me a room.A+ Service from Mr. France and I would 100% stay again in this Hotel.Room we had was clean and very spacious!Rooms: Spacious and Clean

YUKO K: We stayed here for 5 nights in March.・Shower breaks on the first day・When I tried to take the shuttle bus to the airport after checking out, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes.Something bad happened. However, the stay itself was quite good.・Staff was friendly・The room is safe and clean.・Breakfast is delicious・There are water servers in the hallway and the gym on the first basement floor, so the water is delicious. There were many good points as well. There is no convenience store nearby, but there is a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by bus, where you can go to Trader Joe's, CVS, and a famous hamburger shop.I think this is a good hotel to stay near Los Angeles Airport.

Alberto Cortés: Good hotel with a nice view of the airport runways, you can see the planes well and cannot hear them so the noise of the engines is not a problem. At reception there are some employees who speak Spanish, I had a problem with the safe but it was solved in time. The included breakfast is very simple and not very good. The lobby store does not accept cash. Nice and spacious rooms with everything you need. They have free transportation to the airport and from the airport to the hotel. The hotel does not have parking and the one they provide that is on one side is very expensive.

Jared Matsuki: I check into hotels a lot. 3-4 times per week. I am extremely satisfied with my service from the front desk at this hotel. During the entire end of February, after showing my ID to probably 20 different front desk agents across different brands of hotels, France was the first person to acknowledge my birthday coming up. He was great, recognized my Hyatt Membership, gave me a complimentary upgrade for being a member, and gave me a good overview of the hotel features.I didn’t tell the front desk I had parking, so I ended up getting charged twice, but luckily France helped me out and took care of the charges for one, and set me up to not have an issue when I checked out the next day. All in all, it made my stay memorable, even though I was there for only 1 night. And it made me remember the property. Great job France! You made me a Hyatt believer now!

Joanna Mireles: I stay at this hotel a lot because it’s convenient, this time I went on a quick trip for 2days 1 night, it was my birthday didn’t expect much but Alex who attended me at the front desk was a burst of joy, he treated me so well offered me so many things and great me good recommendations on places to check out, I really appreciated his hospitality they don’t make him as nice as him anymore.

Cameron B: I was in LA for 4 nights for a music festival in Inglewood and this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean modern rooms and rooms were very quiet especially for being right next to the airport. Complimentary breakfast was great quality with several options to choose from daily. The complimentary 24/7 shuttle service was prompt and convenient as well. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Kiara Bettencourt: Front desk was very friendly and helpful, offered excellent customer service. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of options! Shuttle service to and from the airport went smoothly. Only complaint was the thin walls... Could hear my neighbors. Also, black out curtains or better shades would be nice. Room was too bright. Overall, great stay!

Hanif hossein doust: We spent five wonderful days at our hockey tournament. Our time with the hockey team and families was fantastic, and everything exceeded our expectations – clean, friendly, fun, with a kind staff. The delicious breakfast each morning was a delightful touch. Relaxing by the pool and hot tub every night made it even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best experiences I've ever had. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

Joshua Schumann: Wow, wonderful service! Thank you!Rooms: Very clean! Looked new.Safety: Felt like an office park area with some soccer fields nearby.Walkability: There is a station nearby for the green line that makes exploring LA with public transportation easier.

Eileen B. Corona: Our welcome to the Hyatt Place Glendale was well recieved. Juan from Valet was so great and helped us with our vehicle, baggage and orientation to the area with ease and comfort. Front desk staff was attentive and responsive even when we had difficulty getting into our room. Hotel room is clean and spacious and the location is central with easy access to shops, Americana and Glendale Galleria.

Virginia Cao Janos: Really easy for universal and dodger stadium. Lots of food options and valet was friendly. Breakfast is very convenient for familiesNearby activities: Universal studios and Dodger stadium

LA VIEW 360 degree: Staff can should exemplify hospitality... more by greeting u more. Not being a Ai robot ReservasionistA good day welcome .. after a long day. Or drive to location.Very nice bar 4 drinks..ground floor. On hotel...Ground floor.Nice atmosphere.

Angela Espinoza: My father was recently admitted to the USC Keck Hospital for an extensive surgical procedure and several nights stay. My mother and I wanted to be near the hospital and the Hyatt House LA was within walking distance. Our first night at the hotel was gifted to us by a family friend and we were lucky enough to stay in a one bedroom kitchen suite with two queen beds. The next day we found out my dad was going to be staying at the hospital for a while, which meant we needed a room for a longer visit. We spoke with Carlos at the concierge’s desk and he was the absolute best! He was beyond helpful and friendly. He was able to allow us to stay in the same room at an amazing rate. This ended up being such a blessing, especially when my dad had to undergo an 11 hour surgery. During that time we were able to be comfortable in our room that felt more like a small apartment than a bland hotel room, which gave us more of an at home feel. I was able to use the Google Chromecast capability with their television to stream movies/shows to keep my mom’s mind occupied while we waited on updates from the surgeon. We also were able to utilize the full size fridge with bottled water, snacks, and fruit and other items to keep our expenses down from needing to eat out for every meal. Which also brings up the fact that the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was another huge plus! Every morning we would enjoy a delicious breakfast before walking to the hospital to be at my dad’s bedside which often was enough food to carry us through the visiting hours. It was also a nice bonus that there is a Chipotle, Dunkin’ Donut and an All About Poke on the same block as the hotel. There was also several other retail shops that were still being worked on and should be opening soon, although there wasn’t any signage as to what they will be. The hotel also has speedy and easily accessible wifi, a nice swimming pool area, gym, lobby bar, pool table and a nicely stocked market. Also, another shoutout to Carlos for always being beyond helpful and supportive as we were constantly adding days to our stay. The length of our stay was dependent on my dad’s hospital visit and Carlos always helped us out promptly and made sure that any of our needs during the stay were attended to. The only negative was the rate for parking which was $38 per night and that there wasn’t any handicap parking spaces near the entrance of the hotel. All the parking spaces near the entrance were for valet only and the handicap spaces, along with the regular parking spaces were located in the parking structure across the street and approximately 300 feet away from the hotel entrance. We also discovered that the parking structure at the hospital which is across the street and about 500 feet away charged only $20 per day and $12 per day for vehicles with a handicap placard. However, even with the parking fee, we still would definitely recommend to anyone needing a room near the hospital to stay at the Hyatt House LA. The convenience of being so close is worth it! Also, make sure to ask for Carlos!Rooms: The double queen bed kitchen suite is very spacious. It feels more like a small apartment than a hotel room.Walkability: Within walking distance to the USC Keck Hospital

Pauline Steele: and would stay here again if we go to another event close by.

Samantha Rozo-Robin: Good room, nice breakfast with variety. my 2 stars about service is referring to a front desk staff member. Seeing that the hotel is located in a tourist friendly area, he should be more patient with visitors and tourists . it is important to make eye contact with all the clients and make them feel welcomed to the business he works for and represents. other than that the rest of the staff members were so kind, smiled, and were ready to help.Rooms: Comfortable and clean rooms.

Rick Brewster: Was surprised at the size of the room. Great place if you need to stay in the area for any duration. Basically it was a one bedroom apartment. The king bed was great, the pull out sofa bed was not that great. The sofa bed was more comfortable just sleeping on top of the cushions. The breakfast food was good and great job ensuring the food was being replenished.

Dina Alston: Had a great experience here at this hotel. Jaime the host or receptionist not sure what to call him was very polite and helped out with any questions or concerns I had. Helped me out to reserve the room extra days.Rooms: Got a king size bed with a pull-out, & kitchenette,Safety: Key entrance, had to use the key to access floor levelWalkability: Two blocks away from USC Hospital and Clinics. Ballpark and park across street well secured area. Close to multiple restaurants like Chipotle Etc

Drew: . Perfectly cooked salmon, chicken, steak, seasoned veggies, and rich sauces to enhance the mashed potatoes and steamed cauliflower. Nothing we were served was microwaved or heat lamped. The second day we had a taco bar w/ various meats and toppings w/ corn and flour tortillas. The dessert bars included were quite elegant w/ finger sweets and cinnamon churros w/ chocolate dipping sauce. Both luncheons were restaurant worthy. This was 'welcome respite' to workshops and presentations.

Patrick Elson: The hotel needs a makeoverRooms: BasicNearby activities: Fairly reasonable location

Teresa Chan: - was disturbed a lot by people going in and out of rooms as the doors closing are loud. Aircon in the room is very loud, and there was also a constant buzzing noise in the room that couldn't be turned off

Celestino Garcia: Great location on Sunset. Room was clean and service was great. Great location for comedy lovers.Rooms: CleanNearby activities: ComedyWalkability: Very close to food and other cool establishmentsNoteworthy details: Right next to the Comedy Store and close walk to the Laugh Factory

Cindy Cheong: . I can handle it and it’s not deal breaker for me. Bed was comfortable. Slept well. There’s a bar and seating area for food inside the hotel. We didn’t eat there. I took a look at it. It looks amazing. The atmosphere is great. The only downside about staying in downtown. There isn’t much to do around this area

Kevin Huynh: The location is extremely close to the convention venues and many other convenient locations/food areas. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was one issue that did end up getting resolved during our stay. The previous tenant of the room who checked out apparently tripped the automatic smoke detection system they had in place and it ended up charging us as the next tenants. We did have to end plans a bit early to go back and talk to staff but they ended up resolving this issue within minutes and made sure that I received a copy of the reversal of the charge.I can't really fault the staff or the hotel for putting measures into place for detecting people breaking smoking policies but I do warn that things can slip through the cracks and to just talk with the staff members in a calm manner.I still enjoyed my experience of staying at the hotel no matter.Nearby activities: Convention venues nearbyFood & drinks: Fast food and quality restaurants available nearby

911eVoX: with 800 sq ft place in DTLA. It included a mini bar, and recovery equipment coming in very useful after a long run. I experienced excellent reception from the staff on a busy night with a Lakers game nearby. The food was okay at the breakfast restaurant in the morning, but there are so many options in the vicinity that would be worth exploring. I am a solo traveler, but felt right at home staying on the 12th floor. Gym was okay, but there was plenty of running trails around that allowed me to get out of the hotel and get some activity in. I usually stay at the Intercontinental or Ritz in town, but I believe I will be staying here going forward. Excellent service!

Jason C: Went with Hotel Figueroa since it was close to the Union Station as I needed to catch Amtrak for the second part of my travel. Booked the hotel via American Express, so got some additional perks. When I checked in, got upgraded to Junior Suite and $100 food and beverage credit, which I used at the hotel bar.The room was large, bed was comfortable, the sofa was very soft when you sit, it sinks in lol. Since it's close to downtown, be careful when you explore the area, while there are lot of homeless people around, they won't bother you, but still be mindful when you walk around. There's also lot of food trucks around the hotel, so you have few food options. Overall, had a great 3 nights, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Rae Mendes: , charming and awesome history. Walk in shower with pebble floors and spacious counter space was wonderful! Every worker from the door guy, front desk, security, waiter, to my awesome housekeeper had great customer service. Kudos to your Management team. The coffee bar in the mornings is a huge plus too!Hallways are a bit creepy, coffin shaped pool
