LUIS GARCIA JR: I started visiting Rise in December of 2022. Initially I just wanted to learn the basics of boxing, and have fun, so I took a class a week. Soon after, I discovered the amazing commitment of the coaches, the members, and specifically Taylor. Everyone works very hard, everyone is very supportive and encouraging. It’s a great atmosphere. This made me want to join the Rise family, and I became a full time member by March 2023. It was the best decision I’ve made for my lifestyle. At 45, I’ve lost approximately 30 lbs, I’ve learned the value of matching a proper nutrition regimen with consistent exercise. Im stronger and more active than I was at 35! Not to mention the diversity of classes offered! I recently completed their 6-week challenge, and it was unlike anything I've ever done. It demanded self-discipline, but the results were undeniable—I saw progress within the first 3 weeks! This challenge has instilled healthy habits into my daily routine, and I would 100% do it again.

They have all the gym equipment one needs for a good workout plus the community within this gym is great. It is ran by some really knowledgeable and passionate people. Love this gym
Ahlexxus White: I have to say, I did not think I would ever really be motivated to consistently work out and eat better. This journey with Rise Athletics has been nothing but positive, I just started not too long ago and when I say this is one of the best experiences i’ve ever experienced, i’m not lying. everyone has been so friendly and helpful. whenever i get upset with myself because i can’t do something everyone else can, people cheer me on, the coaches tell me i can do it and people remind me that there were some things they couldn’t even do when they first started. the coaches are so helpful and attentive. it’s amazing. it is a little pricey but, you get where you want to be. I also found a new love for cucumbers and lettuce haha.
Noe Duenas: Great staff and facility. Highly recommended especially the HIIT classes and the nutrition guidance if you do their 6 week program. Coaches explain exercises well and help scale thing down if you are not physically at the level they tend to do things, so you can still reap the benefits of the workout at a pace that's doable for yourself.
Robert Gomez: as well as some CrossFit classes mixed in when I have the energy. Very chill atmosphere & Coaching is very hands on; detailed. Don’t know where I’d be without Rise Athletics, Great spot!
